1. Kariya likes reading fantasy and science fiction stories. Especially science fiction.
2. He also likes creative writing and used to write stories when he found the time.
3. Kariya left home when he was still a younger teenager, as soon as he was feasibly old enough to do so.

5. He has died once in the tower, and he has (unwillingly) killed one person here.

1. Tohko is a pretty heavy sleeper, but she does kick and roll around a lot, depending on the sort of dreams she's having. She also has a lot of nightmares.

2. Violet is Tohko's favorite color, and she can be seen wearing it when she can, and having objects that are violet in color.

3. Tohko's birthday is on March fifteenth, and she loves looking at horoscopes for fun, when she can. Howe much she believes what's written depends upon what's going on in her life and what the horoscope says.

4. Tohko is afraid of ghosts. While that fear has lessened a bit, due to the people she's met in the Tower, she does not like malevolent spirits and will run for salt or start acting scared when she thinks they're about. However, she will try to put up a brave face when she's scared.

5. Tohko is trying to learn as many languages as she can so that she can eat and experience stories in their original formats. She thinks they'll be tastier that way.

6. Tohko sees history as the story of the world, and thus, can eat and taste it. She can also do the same with people's personal histories, viewing them as backstory.

7. Tohko gets scared, worries, and cries like everyone else, but she tries to do it alone, where no one can see her. She doesn't want to make anyone worry, and it's harder to help people when you're bawling right in front of them.

8. Tohko is very stubborn and it's near impossible to shake her off. Almost the only way is to offer her a really delicious story, and even then, you'll only get rid of her for the moment.

9. Since she's stubborn and unshakeable, you don't want to make Tohko mad. She's worse than a nest of killer bees in tenacity and has been known to throw art canvases if properly provoked.

10. Tohko, due to her love of stories, can make odd logic jumps and run with metaphors and plays on words. How much this helps or hurts the people around her and the situation she's in depends on how good her jumps are.

11. Tohko cannot actually taste normal food-even saying that it tastes like sand is false, since it doesn't taste like anything. However, since it's the best comparison she can come up with, she'll keep using it.

12. Tohko sometimes eats library books and things she's not supposed to without thinking about it. This does get her into trouble from time to time.

13. The school libraries back home respected her, since she could find things better than they could sometimes.

14. Tohko can't eat old books, as they have 'gone past their expiration dates', and would make Tohko sick.

15. She tends to sing and dance when she's drunk and has a low alcohol tolerance.

2. He is very much an older brother-type. Not the one that interferes in people's lives, but he just tries to look out for everyone.

4. Felix doesn't really have the best taste in accessories.
5. Even if he wasn't currently thinking here that he's possibly destroyed Weyard, he wishes that he could have done the quest without involving any of his friends.
6. He hides his chips from Echo. Why would you mention not eating all of them, huh?
7. Yeah, he jumped off a lighthouse after her, but Sheba is still just his friend right now.
8. Felix has been wondering if anyone else here is potentially responsible for destroying their worlds, too. And if so, he'd like to help them out if possible.
9. Even though they were jerks, he does feel pretty bad about what happened to Saturos, Menardi, Karst, and Agatio.
10. Were Felix ever to believe that his world isn't destroyed, he would still be blaming himself for killing his parents from this canon point.
11. He's not sure if Isaac or Garet really trust him anymore, and he wouldn't blame them if they don't.
12. As much as he's been exploring, his first concern is making sure that everyone in the tower stays safe. He's beginning to see just how dangerous it is, so he's keeping an eye and ear out for anyone in trouble.
13. He gets annoyed and cranky very easily. Blame it on the company he kept for three years.
14. Felix is careful about what he eats. He knows how to find edible things and hunt thanks to traveling so much, but he tries to keep it balanced. Sooner or later he'll stop eating at the cafeteria here too.

Colette Brunel [OU]

1. Colette’s word was split into two about 4000 years ago. One half is the world of Sylvarant while the other is the world of Tethe’alla. Both worlds share Mana (which is essential for their stabilities) but unequally – one world is flourishing because it is hogging all the Mana while the other one is slowly dying out.
2. Colette is the Chosen of Mana in Sylvarant. What supposedly happens to the Chosen is that they go on a Journey of Regeneration, become an angel and revive the goddess Martel, reviving the world. In reality, the Chosen loses their humanity and gives up their life in order to become a ‘vessel’ for Martel when she ‘revives’. When the Chosen ‘revives’ the world, what actually happens is that the flow of Mana reverses (the flourishing world of Tethe’alla has its own Chosen of Mana – a man named Zelos Wilder).
3. Colette nearly did give up her life – during her journey, she gradually did lose her humanity to the point where she lost her heart and memory (although she didn’t technically ‘die’). Her childhood friend, Lloyd Irving, saved her from being used as a vessel from Martel and made a necklace attached with a Key Crest to restore her humanity. Colette wears that necklace at all times and never takes it off. Besides, it was a late birthday present from Lloyd. That would be just rude!
4. Until her sixteenth birthday, when she would start her Journey of Regeneration, Colette was never allowed outside the village. This was probably for her own safety, as she is the Chosen.
5. Colette adores dogs. If you put her as leader of the party and talk to various NPC dogs, she will give them names. If you find and name every dog in Sylvarant and Tethe’alla, she will even get a Title as a reward!
6. Colette’s favourite food seems to be sweet fruits and her favourite dish is Fruit Cocktail. Her least favourite seems to be green peppers.
7. She was taught to read books in nothing but angelic.


Headcanon

8. Colette had to go to church every day before her sixteenth birthday. At times, she would have to lead the service – which often involved her tripping on her way down the aisle.
9. (PARTLY TAKEN FROM THE MANGA) Colette’s birthday is a huge celebration in Sylvarant. However, the reason for this is not that people actually want to celebrate her birthday but that her birthday is a year closer to the Journey of Regeneration. She has a quiet celebration of her actual birthday with Lloyd and Genis after the services, though.
10. Colette isn’t that keen on chocolate, although she doesn’t mind it. She thinks it goes wonderfully with things like raspberries, though!
11. She cannot dance to save her life.
12. Colette is a little jealous of Riku having a pet. She never had one back in Iselia.
13. She’s quite a good singer (taken from the anime). Most of the songs she knows are Cruxis hymns but one of her favourite songs is a lullaby.
14. Colette was told that her saving the world would mean her death when she was about six.
15. Her second favourite food is pasta salad with grapes.

Miles Edgeworth [OU]

Facts

1. When Miles Edgeworth was a boy, he wanted to be a defense attorney like his father, Gregory Edgeworth. Unfortunately, his dreams shattered when he was nine years old – he witnessed his father’s murder when the two of them were stuck in an elevator with another man, thanks to an earthquake. Because of that incident, he is frightened earthquakes and elevators and used to have frequent nightmares about the incident.
2. After his dad’s death, Miles was taken in by veteran prosecutor Manfred Von Karma and trained to be a prosecutor. He began to hate all defense attorneys (partly because Yanni Yogi, the third man in the elevator who was suspected of killing his father got off the hook and probably partly because of the influence of Von Karma – who prided on his perfect 40 year-record of guilty verdicts), thinking that they just wanted to let criminals roam free. Like his mentor, Edgeworth also tried to get every defendant guilty through whatever method (barring the use of forged evidence). Years later, it turned out that Von Karma was Gregory Edgeworth’s real killer. Shiiiit.
3. Edgeworth eventually changed when he faced his childhood friend and rival defense attorney and Disney personified perky hero BELIEVE IN MY FRIENDS 4 EVA Phoenix Wright in court. He lost three trials in a row against Wright and even ended up getting framed for murder himself (and Wright was the only defense attorney who was willing to defend him). These incidents eventually made Edgeworth leave America to find out what being a prosecutor really meant and when he came back, he brought with him a new goal – to pursue the truth behind a case and get the right criminal behind bars. So he’s still a douche but less of one than he used to be.
4. Edgeworth has won one trial against Wright – this time though, the defendant actually was guilty and Wright was under pressure to get the guy acquitted (since Maya Fey was being held hostage ;_;). Thankfully, Edgeworth tried to help him out. The defendant was declared guilty and Maya was saved. Yay!
5. Edgeworth is great at things like the flute and golf and won awards for them when he was a child. However, he sucked at origami and as a child he broke down and cried when he failed to do it. Mention this to Edgeworth now and he’ll get pretty pissed off.


Headcanon

6. That cute little suit with a bow time he wore to school? Was Miles’ idea, not his dad’s. His dad did offer to buy him more casual kids’ clothes so he could fit in with the rest of his friends but Miles was all, “No. I want to look like my dad!” He got teased because of it but oh, well.
7. In his bedroom back home, Edgeworth has a large wooden chest in front of his bed. While it is partly to make the room to look nice, it is mainly a place to secretly stash his Steel Samurai merchandise.
8. Edgeworth does have a dog called Pess. She is a flat-coated retriever. While Edgeworth does talk to his dog a LOT (although he won’t admit it), he doesn't put his cravat around her (come on, guys - those things are expensive!). However, she does have a cravat as a comfort chew toy (she stole it from her master’s chest of drawers and by the time her master discovered what had happened, the frilly thing was in tatters).
9. While Pess is well-behaved (she comes when called and doesn’t jump up at people!), she does like to bark at the visitors because, “Hey, people! New friends! Yay!” The only person she has been aggressive towards is Manfred Von Karma – once, when he visited, she started barking and growling at the man (then again, who wouldn’t?). Therefore, Edgeworth had to keep her shut up in the back every time his foster father came to visit.
10. When Edgeworth DOES relax (which isn’t very often), one of his favourite pastimes is sitting on the sofa in the living room, with Pess happily lying down at his legs while he has a cup of tea and watches the Steel Samurai.
11. Edgeworth’s mother died when her son was about six months old from a severe illness. He’s only seen pictures of her and when he thinks about it, he supposes that he would have liked to meet her but he was very happy with just his father.
12. As for sexuality, I’m going to go on a limb and say that Edgeworth is asexual/apathetic until canon confirms otherwise. There is apparently an interview with the AA creator Shu Takami, which says that Edgeworth does not like girls although I have yet to see the actual interview (that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist though and I’d love to see it! I’ve been looking for it everywhere. ;_;). He doesn’t seem to show any interest in women or men in canon and seems to be completely oblivious to the affections some women in the series have for him (he is even shocked and horrified when his subordinate Gumshoe tells him that he’s popular with the women – “Do I really inspire such frothing desire among the female masses?”). The only exception of this is Wendy Oldbag – whom he cannot stand. Besides, Edgeworth is such a workaholic that he probably has little time to think in getting into a relationship. The day Edgeworth gets laid will probably be the day that Gumshoe gets a giant bonus in his salary.
13. He did try to take up horseback riding lessons when he was ten – Von Karma thought that it was a suitable hobby for his adoptive son and pupil to have. Unfortunately, Miles was so terrible at it and kept falling off. At the advice of his horseriding teacher, he eventually gave up and Von Karma pretty much implied, “WE WILL NOT SPEAK OF THIS MATTER”.
14. In canon, it is stated that Edgeworth has studied abroad and prosecuted in five countries. I’m going to go on a limb and say that the countries were the UK, Germany, Spain, France and Ireland. Thanks to the Von Karmas (who are German), he speaks German like a native. He also speaks Spanish and French pretty well (well enough to prosecute in those countries) although he still has accents for both of them (they’re clear enough to be understood but you can tell that he’s not a native).
15 TALKING OF HIS TRAVELS IN EUROPE - The first week Edgeworth was in Spain, his Spanish colleagues invited him to a party to be friendly and welcoming. Edgeworth thought the party would only last a couple of hours or so. Except it started around 10.00 at night and lasted until about 4.00 in the morning. Edgeworth, having yet to completely get the concept that some Spanish parties start late and can last throught the night and that people would make up for the lack of sleep with a siesta the following afternoon, kept dropping hints to his colleagues during the whole party. Said hints involved, "ISN'T IT GETTING A BIT LATE?" "YOU HAVE WORK TOMORROW". "YOU SHOULD GET SOME REST". His colleagues just laughed at him.
16. He STILL cannot do origami to save his life and while he obviously doesn't cry about it anymore he’ll still get quite angry when failing (on the rare occasions he actually tries it), being the perfectionist he is.

Lancer (Fate/Prototype)

1. Cu Chulainn in fact had two foster brothers from Scathach's realm--Ferbaeth and Ferdiad. Both of them fought on the side of Connacht and Cu Chulainn killed both of them. (Ferbaeth by accident when Cu Chulainn was actually trying to talk him out of their scheduled combat, Ferdiad during their famed combat at the ford) In addition, he had a foster son named Lugaid Riab nDerg who was around ten or so years younger than him. Said foster son was hoisted to the role of a puppet High King while still a boy and later died at a young age.

2. He actually did have two dog familiars during his first life. They were Cu Sith sent by his father Lugh named Dolb and Indolb. They helped him only once in the fight against Ferdiad and were useless from thereon because Ferdiad killed both of them.

3. The one man who survived single combat against him had the literal shit beaten out of him.

4. He's picky about his cigarettes. His nose is pretty sensitive, and the cheap brands either make him sneeze or clog up his nose. On the other hand, he really doesn't care about his alcohol beyond whether or not he can get drunk off of it.

5. He's pretty scared of Aoife (the goddess/queen who was the mother of his only son). He believes that if they met again, she would kill him and then make out with his decapitated and castrated corpse.

6. Technically, he's North Irish due to most of Ulster being Northern Ireland. He'd take pride in that if he paid more attention to his geography, since in his mind, Ulster has been its own country all along.

7. He's still iffy about having to wear pants in the modern day.

8. In terms of being romantic, his second Master Ayaka Sajyou is actually a better fit for him. With Misaya, the love he bears her isn't strictly romantic. It's mixed in with the love a vassal bears for his Master, the love a big brother bears toward his little sister, and the love that a student/child bears toward the memory of his teacher/mother figure. It's an extremely strong love, but not strictly a romantic one.

9. He actually disliked having to work with Misaya's hounds, since she forced him to fight alongside them as a joke on his name.

10. He's still waiting for Misaya to come back.

11. He thinks of Prototype Saber as a prick but likes Prototype Archer (his sempai) better.

12. He's been exchanging letters with Zero Lancer. He's really glad to have such a nice big brother/roommate/friend.

13. He mercy-killed his first Master Misaya after she died of a curse and became a zombie. Needless to say, it's screwed him up quite a bit psychologically.

14. Despite having thirty years' worth of memories, he is only 20, or even younger, mentally and physically thanks to the Grail's interference.

15. He likes tough women, since they remind him of Scathach.

Well, at least I know what hero you're supposed to be now..and I'm sorry to hear about your family and about Misaya. None of that must have been easy.

However, it's good to hear that you've been exchanging letters with Diarmuid! That must have helped, even a little bit.

1. Hidetoshi is internally slightly afraid of over half the people in the Tower because he knows they're stronger than him, and even if they can't really "die" here, getting physically hurt scares him. Chances are, if you're not from his world/timeline or within his age bracket and have supernatural powers, he is worried deep down that you can kill him and he can't stop you. Same goes for the Tower itself: he is living in a environment where he could get killed at any moment and he hates it.

2. When Hidetoshi was little, the expectations his parents had for him were extremely high. His mother and father had both been highly influential in their respective high schools and very active leaders in the college they attended together, and expected much the same out of their only son. His father had left his family when he was young and illiterate, and worked his butt off like an energizer bunny for every scrap of education he obtained afterwards. His mother was from a finically well-off family: they met in college, and hit it right off.

3. He HATES being wrong. The only he hates more than being wrong is the admins and people who accuse innocents.

4. After the arrest of his father, Hidetoshi lost his trust in other people, lost any respect he had harbored for his father's authority before for letting it happen in the first place, and cut himself off from whatever friends he had and kept everyone safely away at arms' length. He put all his efforts into being the best person he could by his parents’ old standards. (Which meant being a jerk wad.) He refused to communicate with his father more than necessary, and his mother cut herself off even more than Hidetoshi did—she barely acknowledged that Hidetoshi's father, and occasionally Hidetoshi himself, existed.

5. Deers are his favorite animal (if asked, he'll claim he likes hawks because he's stupid) and yellow is his favorite color.

6. He's really hardheaded at times. (Most of the time.)

7. Hidetoshi has never had a girlfriend or had a relationship with anyone along those lines. It does bug him that he's disinterested in what everyone else seems to be so invested in (i.e sex) but he generally totally ignores any misgivings he has and pretends they don't exist. He's... interested in romance, not sex?

8. On that note if he ever enters into a relationship, Hidetoshi would be a clumsy lay. Not that he wouldn't try or not put forth 176% effort in bed, he is just one of those people who is no good in the sack no matter how experienced he gets. On the bright side, he is a fantastic cuddler and provides excellent body heat.

9. The reason his father's arrest for hit him so hard, was not just because he had been arrested for a crime he hadn't committed: it was because of the people who stood by and just let it happen. People his father had trusted. People who were his friends and coworkers. People that Hidetoshi had known from since he was little, who gave him presents, and came over to his house for dinner or simply a visit. These same people had put all the blame onto his father without a second's hesitation for convenience's sake.

Wow, hello trust issues.

10. Hidetoshi had two mild phobias that have no specific reason for them; pnigophobia (fear of choking) and pediculophobia (fear of headline).

11. He takes himself very, very seriously even though he's lightened up some.

12. In order of who he respects from the most to the least: Minato, his father, and Mitsuru, and Enoch, and in a distant fifth place, Fate/Prototype Lancer. (Though that's partly because older self and partly because Lancer was helpful during Halloween.)

13. The main reason he decided to push for the role of the student council president, wasn't only his blatant ambition. It was a mixture of getting rid of his constant worries about others betraying him by securing a spot on the top, satisfying his desperation for power, and trying to cheer up his mother by making her proud.

14. He really does want to be worthy of himself and be the best person he can be, and make the world a better place. Hidetoshi, however narrow-minded or harsh he was/is, is an idealist at heart.

15. Before being pulled to Animus, he was studying to become a teacher and looking for a decent job so he could pay his father's bail, and see if he could patch their family back together.

Victor von Doom

1. von Doom is a talented pianist and artist. He is angry about not having the quiet solitude to paint

2. He is 100% unaware of the peaceful parts of the tower.

3. Doom lost both of his parents to a corrupt dictatorship, but was rescued by his uncle, Boris.

4. He has adopted a young boy named Kristoff who is being shaped to be Latveria's true heir. He also has a daughter, but that's....complicated.

5. His mother was a witch.

6. Dr. Doom's doctorates are self awarded. Although I'm not one to argue that he doesn't deserve them.

7. He has dressed as Santa Claus on more than one occasion.

8. He has also fought future versions of himself on occasion.

9. He defeated Mephisto and saved his mother's life from damnation.

10. Dr. Doom is the second most powerful wizard in his world. The strongest is the current Sorcerer Supreme.

11. He once took the Power Cosmic and threatened to reshape the world in his image. It didn't work out.

12. Doom insults absolutely everyone. And that includes you.

13. Victor is his first name. He has made some friends and some enemies since coming to Animus, and most don't realize that he even has a first name.

14. If Doom ever met Zouken Matou, he would kill him instantly. And he doesn't even know the guy.

15. The thought of immortality doesn't interest Doom at all. In fact, he's quite offended by the idea despite him being more than capable of extending his own life by centuries. See above fact.

1. Diarmuid is terrified of becoming like his birth father. This fear is even stronger after the experiment because he feels he became exactly that.
2. Despite the fact that Fionn could have saved him from dying, he doesn't hate his past lord for not doing so. He isn't even angry with him. Instead, he blames himself for putting Fionn in the position of having to make such a choice.
3. Diarmuid misses his family, especially his children, so much it hurts. This is why is has 'adopted' so many people in the tower. He is desperately trying to recreate what was taken from him back then.
4. After talking to people in the tower and having some time himself to think, Diarmuid is becoming seriously conflicted about what he believes when it comes down to if his wife ever came to actually love him or if it was always just the curse. He wants to believe that eventually she did love him for real because if she didn't, he will never be able to forgive himself for hurting so many people in the name of an illusion.
5. Part of the reason Diarmuid is having such a hard time in the tower, is that he still sees the world mostly in black and white instead of the gray that it has become.
6. Diarmuid is a wonderful singer and actually does some poetry/song writing when he has time. However, since he thinks so little of himself and grew up around such talented people (his foster father, Aengus, was a god of love and poetry and one of his good friends, Oisin, was a talented bard/poet and warrior), he literally can't hear himself the same way others do. Even a recording of himself would sound different to him. This same inability to properly hear himself will also apply to any instrument he learns to play.
7. The torc Diarmuid is wearing in the tower was a gift given to him by his best friend, Oscar. It is probably his most prized position because Oscar spent so much time trying to specifically find one with birds on it instead of the more usual boar heads or wolf heads. This is because Diarmuid reminded him so much of a bird of prey that Oscar wouldn't settle for anything less.
8. Diarmuid's very first boyhood friend (the boy was actually his half-brother, but he didn't know that) was murdered by his birth father in cold blood in a fit of anger and jealousy. While it was always assumed no one saw his father do it (it was proven in other ways), Diarmuid did actually see it happen. He never told anyone, though, because soon after he lost memory of that time and didn't remember it again until shortly before he died.
9. As unbelievable as it may sound, Diarmuid lived his whole first life never knowing true anger or hatred. It was only when he was betrayed by his master in the Grail War that he learned what it felt like to feel those emotions.
10. Diarmuid completely blames himself for every heart he has had to break because of his curse. He is especially scarred by the memory of the woman who killed herself in front of him after he explained to her that they could never be together.
11. He grew up hearing Cu Chulainn's legend as a child and knows it by heart. He calls his fellow countryman his hero and the reason he became the knight he is, though Diarmuid secretly believes that he is no where near worthy enough to call such a great man his hero. In fact, he often questions why he was chosen by the Throne of Heroes in the first place.
12. He mercy killed Kariya Matou at the man's request after he got turned into a merman and killed an innocent girl. He felt so bad about this that he literally sat by the man's body in shock until it was taken away. It didn't help that he felt it was his fault the man fell to the mermaids. He thinks he should have been there to stop it (even though there is no way he can watch the floor 24-7).
13. It was a combination of this shock and the physical/mental exhaustion he was suffering from working constantly to try and protect people in the tower that led him to freezing while he was trying to save his roommate from the clowns on the circus floor. This freezing lead to them both getting killed, and he blames himself completely for that. Currently, his roommate has put the runic equivalent of hypnosis/suggestion on him to keep him from pushing himself so hard again.
14. Diarmuid loves to walk around barefoot and will often be so when he's spending time in his room. His neck is also very sensitive to touch.
15. Oisin taught him some paper-folding tricks and so he will often fold the notes he sends to people into different flower-like shapes which he will sometimes color when he can find the supplies needed to do so.

Madoka Kanami | Madoka Magica | AU1

1.Madoka contracted after seeing Mami die violently during the battle with Charlotte. Her wish was for the "Power to Protect her friends." Other then a vague warning from Homura, she had no idea what she was getting herself in to.

2.Due to her wish, Madoka is a bit more powerfully then a typical magical girl, but will likely become a full-fledged witch much more quickly then any of her friends due to the strain of using her powers.

3.Most of Madoka's equipment, her bow and dress in particular, are stained black due to Gretchen's influence. Both items seem to be made of solid, black sludge and sometimes seem to better resemble a living creature then a piece of clothing.

4.Though she hides it most of the time with magic, in her witch form, Madoka typically wears a mask that covers roughly half of her face. What lies under the mask is something of a mystery event to Madoka herself, due in most part to the fact that she cannot remove the mask herself.

5.Kriemhild Gretchen's personality is fairly close to Madoka's in that her primary drive is to help others. However, in her own twisted logic, the best way to help those who are suffering is to kill them, thus ending their suffering permanently. For the most part, Madoka has been able to ignore Gretchen's constant prodding, but was deeply disturbed that her twisted ideology proved to be the most logical course of action in regards to dealing with Sayaka's witch form.

6.Like most witches, Madoka is capable of hiding herself within barrier. Her particular barrier resembles a nightmarish version of the Kaname Household and prominently features art of her family and friends drawn in a discomforting manner.

7.Despite her obvious issues, Madoka always does her best to remain positive and sees her transformation into a witch as the price she had to pay to gain the power to protect her loved ones.

8.Madoka initially became a magical girl because she saw it as a way to make herself useful to others.

9.Madoka loves stuffed animals and keeps so many in her room that her mothers often has to yell at her to clean them up.

10.She tends to let her emotions get the best of her and, sometimes, this can lead her to ignore the reality of a situation.

11.Mami is her idol and Madoka firmly wishes to be like her someday.

12.She initially thought Kyubey was cute, later revelations made her change her mind.

13.She really isn't sure what her views on romance are other then the fact that she'd like to be with someone someday.

14.Her favorite color is Pink, while Gretchen's is black.

15.She looks up to her mother more then anyone.

Sephiroth [AU2]

1. Sephiroth isn't a real child. Though physically and mentally seven, chronologically speaking, he's close to thirty.

2. He has a great love for science. Where scientists are concerned, he will either greatly admire them or strongly dislike them, depending on their personalities.

3. Unlike the real child Sephiroth would, he remembers having two friends he used to play with: Angeal and Genesis. However, these memories are false, warped versions of the truth. He doesn't remember what happened to his friends, just that they went away.

4. There are more than a few gaps in his memory.

5. Sephiroth's dream is to be a great leader. He wanted to be part of an organization called SOLDIER. Since it has been disbanded, he thinks he might want to fight for the World Regenesis Organization. Ironically, that organization's primary goal is to restore and protect the world Sephiroth previously wanted to destroy.

6. Sephiroth has vivid nightmares that disrupt his sleep, so he can often be found hunting monsters in the Tower at night.

7. The first person he ever cared about was a scientist named Professor Gast, but Gast left the project Sephiroth was a part of when Sephiroth was very young. This leaves Sephiroth with very mixed feelings about guardian figures. He likes them but doesn't expect them to stay. It's difficult for him to grow attached to anyone.

8. His favorite weapon is, unsurprisingly, the sword. He has two swords in the Tower: a practice sword and a battle-ready edged blade.

9. At home, Sephiroth is being looked after by Vincent Valentine.

10. Although he doesn't remember this, when he was very young, living in the Shinra Mansion, he found Vincent Valentine sleeping in the basement, in a coffin. He was very interested in him and tried to wake him up, but failed.

11. Sephiroth doesn't know who either of his parents are.

12. Where killing is concerned, he doesn't believe it is morally wrong.

13. He might not have morals, but he does have a personal code, largely based on what he thinks is proper military behavior, as well as his desire to join SOLDIER. They were the heroes of the people (he thinks), and he wants to be a hero.

14. Sephiroth prefers to wear dark colors. He likes practical, utilitarian clothing, as well as practical, utilitarian things in general.

15. He is a minimalist. He keeps few possessions and doesn't like to play with toys.

10: Very likely canon - Enoch has a soft spot for children, and they were always the hardest to detach from when the time came.

12: Headcanon/Animus - Enoch finds running water and rainbows soothing sights, which is why he stays on floor 11 so much.

I mean, I don't even talk about useful stuff most of the time - once me and this guy, we had a long discussion about what we thought pastries ought to be like - and it sounds dumb, right? 8. As the previous question implies, besides wine, opera, maybe food, and possibly the occasional public function for appearance's sake, he spends very little of his wealth on personal pleasures.
9. During the series, he appears on the surface to have little involvement in personally overseeing Vector projects. He signs all checks and corporate papers simply as 'Vector' and takes pains to conceal any involvement he has through liaisons and corporate spokesman.
10. Almost all of the aforementioned liaisons were actually Testaments in disguise. So, his involvement was a LOT more than it appeared, he just used proxies to do it.

1. Color is something Naminé appreciates very deeply. Vibrant colors make her happy and in some cases relaxed. Coloration in people (hair color, eye color etc.) is a significant consideration for her in their aesthetic value, provided of course that she has reason to consider such a thing.

2. She sleeps curled up on her left side and wakes up easily at any sound or touch she's not used to thanks to leftover anxiety from her 'childhood'.

3. Judging by the timing of the KH games, she was probably created in late August or early September.

4. She'll eat pretty much anything she has to without complaint. She never really had the option of complaining before.

5. That said, she likes lettuce because she used to play with it when she got it in her food. It was one of the most colorful things she had access to aside from her drawing materials.

6. She has subtle abandonment issues. They almost never show outwardly but the situation in the tower where people could disappear for good at any opportunity mixed with her canon life experiences of being mistreated, betrayed or left behind by almost everyone she ever came in contact with has had some impact on what she fears; that is to say, she's afraid of being alone again.

7. The shenanigans with her shadow self did plant the idea that perhaps there's something she's not aware of regarding Nobodies and their hearts, but for the most part she chose to assume after the fact that the tower was up to something again and hence such a message could not be trusted.

8. She likes to read fairytales. They're bittersweet for her in that the witch is usually the bad guy, but it does suit her self-image and there are happy endings for everyone else. The simplicity is at times appealing.

10. She still feels guilty about forming friendships sometimes, but it's gotten rarer over time.

2. "Mockingbird's" original name was 'Toto Sakigami.'
3. His Branch of Sin is called 'Love★Labyrinth.' It is an amalgamation of other Branches of Sin, which he copies by ingesting the blood of other Deadmen.
4. The only Branches of Sin he does not have are that of Ganta Igarashi (specifically 'Ganbare Gun'; he does have 'Ganta Gun'), Wretched Egg, and the Forgeries. This is because he literally can't copy them.
5. Hagire's second body was that of the winner of the previous Carnival Corpse tournament. It's possible that he was Albatross.
6. He had two adopted children, Chan and En. Three if you count Shiro, though that was never official, and she just sort of... moved in with him.
7. He is madly in love with the Wretched Egg.
8. He does care about Shiro, just not in the same way as the aforementioned.
9. By contrast, he openly admits that he never loved Chan and En, who were little more than (very, very useful) tools to him. They were fully aware of this, and didn't care.

The scars on both of his new bodies, which are eerily similar to those of Shiro (who also had limbs fall off during the early parts of her experimentation), and various quotes found throughout the manga seem indicate that he is attempting to essentially create a second Wretched Egg - Himself. We won't know until the series is complete.

1. I am a clone of the assassin Contractor known as Hei.
2. I prefer being a clone.
3. Kirika is the closest thing I have to family.
4. My...missing/deceased girlfriend had emotional problems and could kill others in seconds...yet I never once died when with her.
5. Cooking is about the only activity in this tower I like to do.
6. I am skilled in/with martial arts, cooking, weapon creation, guns, literature, a bit of astrology in terms of star identification, torture, acting, traps, stealth, and know several ways to subdue the target and kill them.
7. I don't like to kill.
8. Though the facility sometimes forced us to kill each other from time to time, I never killed anyone there.
9. I have however killed 2 people within this tower, though you can argue that they were less than human at the time, and hostile.
10. Part of me desires to be stronger.
11. I hate the hero concept and think it is idiotic, but I can't help envying it from time to time.
12. The clone sickness tends to force me into a coma, and can possibly kill me.

The Psiioniic

1. The Psiioniic was a slave before joining Signless' rebellion/revolution for equality. Word is he was so inspired by the Signless' words that he managed to escape.
2. How he managed to escape? He's the most powerful psychic in the history (and...future....) of his species.
3. He hoards random, useless objects because the novelty of owning stuff hasn't faded yet.
4. He really, really loves the primary colors.
5. His alternate version self is named Mituna Captor, so it's not much of a stretch to assume that was his name pre-Psiioniic.
6. He couldn't read or write before joining Signless. Luckily he's a fast learner.
7. He uses a lot of contractions because he really hates talking. There are a few things that will get him to ramble, but for the most part he avoids long sentences because his lisp embarrasses him half the time.
8. Sometimes he daydreams over what he would be like if he had a different blood color.
9. He's pretty young - only around 22 or so human years. (There's a certain age you reach where you wouldn't go join some dude preaching craziness and complete social reform, after all.)
10. He's also pretty short, compared to most other trolls. The joys and wonders of malnutrition growing up.
11. He likes bees but the only honey he's ever had was mind honey, and that...has some pretty disastrous results. (Presumably, mind honey amplifies psychic ability...and as he's already strong enough to level a building or perhaps blow up a moon, you can probably see how it's a bad idea for him to eat it. He has some in his trunk!)
12. His favorite number is two, and he does a lot of things in twos.
13. He is horrible at whispering. He's a veeeeerry loud troll.
14. It's not rare for him to blow things waaaay out of proportion.
