silly meme of silliness
Your character's worst enemy has now been brought to the tower. (For optional extra horrible, they're your character's assigned roommate.)
React. Cling to other characters for comfort. Et cetera.

[And he honestly doesn't expect God to be reasonable about this.]

So will all my descendants, which is why I'm planning not to have any, and all my reincarnations' descendants.
It isn't pleasant.

Where is He?

...Well, he has no idea what he's looking for, but he's fairly sure he'll know when he's found the deity he's looking for...*

[It's the floating giant yellow head, probably.]
How dare you approach Me?

Even knowing what he was like, Enoch couldn't ignore who he was talking to. Piety was deeply ingrained in him, and while it was subject to its own doubts, it had defined literally his entire life. So he kneels before this twisted alternate of the deity he serves, head bowed.*
Forgive me, Lord, I did not recognize your form, since I did not know it. I am Enoch, the son of Jared, Lord, and in my world, at least, you invited me to live in Heaven as a scribe. My life of more than three centuries has been devoted to doing good for you, for all of Heaven, and for Earth.

[Sorry bro.]

This God would not have any faith in him, no. The pain is a dull, instinctive one. But he would not abide hearing that the one he serves is inferior.* If I may...
The God I serve and you are one and the same. You may be of different worlds, but you have created identical Earths. I do not understand how the Creator of my world is inferior.
As for the rest...I will give my explanations only if you wish to hear them, Lord.

[YHWH seems content to listen for the moment, though how long that will last is anyone's guess.]

The demons and demon-worshippers that I have peace with, I do because it is they who want peace. They are not willing to fight the angels here or attack me because I am allied with Heaven. We all have a common enemy here, the wicked ruler of this tower. I've no reason to fight those who do not wish to fight me.
Any corruption on the Earth I came from came from the presence of the Fallen Angels, whom I was on a mission to capture. It was corruption I was working to end.

*Enoch takes a deep breath and lets it out. He continues speaking, his head still respectfully bowed, still kneeling before the deity.*
Even if I hear their words and feel for their plights, even if I feel affection for them, it does not change that I have nothing but love and respect for you, Lord. You need only look at the network here to see that hearing of what happened to you in your own world pained me greatly. I may disagree with your motives and methods, but you are still the Divine Father, and for that, I could never bring myself to turn against you.
*His even tone had been steadily falling apart, and it is all he can do to maintain his formal wording as he finally breaks down, his tone more openly pleading.*
But I can ally with the both of you, because our fight is not with one another here. What are we fighting over, souls that are not yours? An Earth that is dead? We must remedy everything first. And it is why I beg of you, to consider that the rulers of this world have no regard to what existed between the people here. The rulers of this world harm us all equally and we must all rise against it before we can consider animosity towards one another. It is not safe to war here. Please, my Lord!
*He's openly crying now, his body shaking as he thinks of everything everyone has worked towards. Of what the likes of Ganon have already interfered with...Of the fact that he might have instead sealed a version of God's hatred for him. Could he bear to have God hate him?*
Please...

You would forgive the worst of sins to suit your own purposes. I need no peace with those who hate Me nor do I seek it with those who pity them.
Leave My presence before I remove you, son of Jared.

*For a moment, Enoch is still. It had been a completely emotional outburst, and once he'd started speaking, he couldn't stop himself.
Shakily, he stands.* ...I hope you'll see for yourself, Lord, how meaningless this feud is under these circumstances.
*And he lowers his head, his voice softer.*
Praise to your name, your love and mercy. *And only that, he thinks, turning without lifting his head and beginning to walk away. A painful chill was slowly spreading from the inside out, and if he had been frightened of inducing an attack, he now no longer cared.*

I think the war is too ingrained in Him. He cannot let it go.

[It doesn't take a genius to tell Enoch took it hard, and Aleph's worried even more now...]
