[She willingly turns onto her back and can't help but grin up at him. Somehow he'd said exactly the right thing to dispel her nervousness.]

How did you get to be right about everything?

[There is nothing Eridan likes better than to be right, and he grins, leaning down to nibble at her throat in slight vengeance for her own actions.]

Just hatched that wway.

[His teeth draw just a few beads of her bright, candy red blood. He licks those up quickly, humming softly with smug contentment. For him, anyone with that blood colour isn't just important, but venerated as a land dweller god, and even though she is an alien, so it doesn't apply to her, it still feels good. Like spilling the blood of the Sufferer himself, or even Karkat Vantas.]

Howw did you get to be so wwonderful, hmm?

[Her breath hitches as blood is drawn, arms wrapping around him loosely.]

[A faint noise from the back of her throat, almost a murmur of appreciation. She arches and presses up against him.]

[Oh boy, this is getting interesting. His bulge stirs a bit, but he is cautious and slides a hand down her arm, the pad of his thumb rubbing against the side of one of her...uh, are these venom sacks or something else? He's not even really sure.

He whispers in her ear.] Seems like you're enjoyin' yourself, no matter wwhat.

[She tries to restrain herself from squirming, not sure herself if she wants to go too far right now. It's a lot harder to hold onto that resolution in the moment - as always.]

I am, [she says back just as softly, partly because she doesn't know if she could force the words out any louder.] I like being with you.

[He glows a bit and licks her earlobe, rubbing his finger back and forth across that softness again. He is in control here, and that helps a lot. He wonders how far he can go - how far she'll let him, and how far he really wants to, right now.]

[She's officially degenerated into giving him a sappy smile and meeting his eyes. This would be more embarrassing if she weren't confident by now that he's as much of a hopeless romantic as she is.

Barnacles aren't nearly as persuasive. [It'd definitely taken some time for her to come around to dating someone so obviously not human, but it's been enough time since then that Willow's ready to make fun of herself about it.]

Just so long as it's not a lot a trolls. [He chuckles and nuzzles under her chin] Since humans only havve one quadrant or so you keep tellin' me. [He's so 0kay with that. Eridan's the sort who's possessive enough to want to fill all of his quadrants, but to sort of want to be the only one for those he's with, kinky as it is]

And also like I wouldn't get as many smuggles, which, clearly a need here.
