Have a number of prompts to get you started:
[Floor 29]: This floor has seemed pretty peaceful so far, the maze isn't all that hard and the garden that lies beyond it is rather lovely. Still it seems best to head back now that the sun is about to set and nighttime is approaching fast. ...Is that just the leaves rustling in the wind behind you, or is it something more?
[Floor 56]: Oh this looks definitely like an useful floor - the room stretches into a hospital ward, dusty and old, a surgical suite surrounded by a maze of empty beds. The closer you look, the more you'll find that the first impression is quite deceiving - no medical supplies of any sort, unstable lights and what was that noise just now?! Clearly you are the only one on this floor. Or are you?
[Floor 25]: After all you have seen so far, this just might be the first truly innocent floor you see. But is it truly as trustworthy as it seems...? Many other people seem to think so at least! Come and see what they are up to?
[Elevators]: It's quite a long ride between the Dormitories and the Cafeteria - it probably doesn't help that the minutes and seconds seem to stretch out more and more towards eternity, what a hassle. Are well, maybe there is someone stuck with you and up to provide conversation... or entertainment~
[Anywhere]: Do you still have track of just where you are after spending your day exploring the Tower of Animus? If not, you might want to ask someone... or just start climbing the stairs regardless of where you are! Nighttime is approaching fast...
[Event]: Just earlier this day you have been called for (and/or brought in to) an unscheduled collar check-up, in which the color of your collar was changed. It takes a few hours, but soon you feel the effects of it, feel lightheaded and dizzy, feel all your power slip out of your control. Or maybe you heavy to the point of breaking down on the spot, while just none of your powers seem to work. Either way... hopefully you are at a safe place or in friendly company... That is, if either of these things exist in this tower.

And the elevator doors are about to close. She can't have that, so she darts inside.
Barely a moment passes before Jenna will find a shaking Jupiter Adept clinging to her tightly - like she's afraid she might disappear if she lets go. She's lost Felix once to the Tower, she can't lose Jenna too...]
You're alive. You're alive!
[Sheba hadn't realized until this exact moment how much she'd missed her friends, how much she'd worried about them after the knowledge that those trapped on the dead worlds were in danger had come to light.]

[Jenna has no time to dodge. Sheba usually was faster to move in a fight than she was, anyway. She thinks of the letters on her nightstand (Your world has been destroyed. I saved you. Let's all be happy here.) and looks down at the girl who is holding her tightly. She puts her arms around her and closes her eyes.
She isn't alone. She had feared it would be like losing Felix all over again, or like discovering the truth behind the Doom Dragon. It has been weeks since their triumphant return from Prox and with her life back in order, it felt like so much more to lose. But if Sheba is here she at least has one friend. If Sheba is here, maybe Felix is too. And if Felix is here, maybe Isaac... maybe Piers... maybe all her friends have been rescued.]
I was so worried when I read the letters. I thought-

[In a way, it's turned out to be true. But that is absolutely not something she's going to tell her friend on her first day here. It's something she still doesn't want to admit to herself, deep down, though she knows denying it won't get her anywhere, either.
Another thing she doesn't want to admit - especially not to Jenna - is that Felix had been here, once. And now he wasn't.]

[She squirms free of Sheba's hold and steps back to get a good look at the Jupiter Adept. There is something almost unfamiliar in her friend's eyes, a wariness and apprehension that even facing the Doom Dragon hadn't caused on Weyard. It makes Jenna frown.]
What have they done to you here? I don't need to read minds to know they've done something. You're not the same. You're still Sheba, but something's changed. What did they do?
[Silently -
Who do I have to fight? Sheba was one of her most cherished friends. Jenna wouldn't stand for anyone or anything tormenting her. If Felix wasn't here to keep his promise of returning her safely to Lalivero, she would do it in his stead.]

[Some of them are hard to put into words. Most of them, she doesn't want to tell Jenna about. She knows what Jenna is like when she gets angry, and she knows that much of what's gone on her would make her friend absolutely irate. Jenna is a passionate person and she's been the kind of person to leap to a friend's defense for as long as Sheba has known her.
But leaping to someone's defense here usually meant that the defender would die, or if not that, become grievously injured. And Sheba doesn't want that... Not for Jenna, not ever.]
But that's not important. What's important is that you're here now. [Here, and not dead on a wasteland world somewhere.] There'll be plenty of time to get ready for the things that happen here, but... [Right now, all Sheba wants is to rejoice in the fact that her friend is alive.]
