Have a number of prompts to get you started:

[Floor 29]: This floor has seemed pretty peaceful so far, the maze isn't all that hard and the garden that lies beyond it is rather lovely. Still it seems best to head back now that the sun is about to set and nighttime is approaching fast. ...Is that just the leaves rustling in the wind behind you, or is it something more?

[Floor 56]: Oh this looks definitely like an useful floor - the room stretches into a hospital ward, dusty and old, a surgical suite surrounded by a maze of empty beds. The closer you look, the more you'll find that the first impression is quite deceiving - no medical supplies of any sort, unstable lights and what was that noise just now?! Clearly you are the only one on this floor. Or are you?

[Floor 25]: After all you have seen so far, this just might be the first truly innocent floor you see. But is it truly as trustworthy as it seems...? Many other people seem to think so at least! Come and see what they are up to?

[Elevators]: It's quite a long ride between the Dormitories and the Cafeteria - it probably doesn't help that the minutes and seconds seem to stretch out more and more towards eternity, what a hassle. Are well, maybe there is someone stuck with you and up to provide conversation... or entertainment~

[Anywhere]: Do you still have track of just where you are after spending your day exploring the Tower of Animus? If not, you might want to ask someone... or just start climbing the stairs regardless of where you are! Nighttime is approaching fast...

[Event]: Just earlier this day you have been called for (and/or brought in to) an unscheduled collar check-up, in which the color of your collar was changed. It takes a few hours, but soon you feel the effects of it, feel lightheaded and dizzy, feel all your power slip out of your control. Or maybe you heavy to the point of breaking down on the spot, while just none of your powers seem to work. Either way... hopefully you are at a safe place or in friendly company... That is, if either of these things exist in this tower.

[Despite the aggravatingly-slow ride, the faintly-smiling man in the corner of the elevator is happy to provide pleasant conversation. Dressed in a uniform from a world supposedly long-lost, he carries himself like a high-ranking military officer, relaxed but ready; the long sword at his side has seen some use.]

[The elevator's other occupant had a hard and cold look to his face, the kind that one gained through hard work and sleepless nights. Even so, the green-suited magus had a casual tone to his voice as he adjusted the sunglasses atop his head.]

Forgive me, I don't believe we've met.

[Conrad almost does a double-take because this guy looks an awful lot like his big brother.]

I am Conrart Weller. You may call me Conrad if you wish. It's easier for some.

[He glances at the sunglasses.]

Planning to spend some time outside?

My name's Waver Velvet--just call me Waver, most people do.

[He shrugged, hands in his coat pockets.]

I hadn't really planned on it; you're the first to question my style choices.

It's a pleasure to meet you, Waver.

[He laughs a bit, then holds out his hand for a proper shake.]

I just thought it looked convenient. I'm not really much of a judge when it comes to Earth fashion.

Well, I can't say you're wrong. If there's any sudden unexpected tropical weather, I'll likely be prepared.

[Laughing to himself, Waver took one hand from his pocket to shake Conrad's.]

They belonged to a friend of mine some time ago. I'm just a bit sentimental.

There do seem to be a surprising amount of outdoor floors. It's interesting magic.

[At that, his smile softens.]

There's nothing wrong with that.

Remarkable, yes. For some kind of illusion magecraft, it's by far the best I've seen.

[Waver shrugged, seeming oddly amicable for a person that looked like something of a jerk.]

Perhaps not. I never held much value in what others thought of my appearance, if nothing else.

Magic of this caliber isn't supposed to exist. [He says it with a little bit of a smile, but it's clear that he's bothered.]

Being true to oneself is important.

[Military bros of the elevator unite, even if Asch quit sort of dramatically with a tabard-burning. The rest of the uniform is still there, though.

He'll just kind of adopt a corner of the elevator now, watching a minute before the other man speaks up.]

[He doesn't look deeply emotionally damaged yet, clearly he's a newbie.]

[Conrad nods. If there is a deep sadness in his eyes, he hides it. Don't judge based on appearances, Asch-- this one is a bit more like Guy than you could have anticipated.]

Yes, I've only been here for a few days. This is my first time in the elevator, though.

[He smiles faintly.]

You seem used to this.

[Well, that's still more functional and put-together than most of the Tower on a daily basis. Isn't a Tuesday without an emotional breakdown, etc etc]

A bit more than half a year. There weren't even half this many floors when I arrived.

[He's been through hell tbh. A little body horror? That's like, a daily fuckin basis in the Great Demon Kingdom.]

How did they add more floors? I didn't see any carpenters.

[How cute.]

Ask an administrator, not me. I think Riki's the one who does the new floors.

[At least he didn't seem to do anything else and they always popped up near the end of his months.]

They just appeared one day and there you have it.
