[But he knows, on some level, that such a wish is futile. People have fought and will always fight. That was what produced heroes like him. The best he could do was limit the fighting. Make it a noble battle instead of a senseless slaughter.]

That and they're generally a pain in the ass.

Wouldn't be so bad if I could just ignore them. Just that they pull these really big stunts.
