[He hadn't meant to get distracted.

He'd actually meant to storm down to find whoever he could find that wasn't wearing a collar like he was and shake them until he got answers. Maybe threaten them with a little mock-culling. But then he'd gotten to this floor, and discovered that there wasn't anything between him and the water...

- and it really had been too long since he'd had a proper swim, a short one couldn't possibly hurt, right?

Right!

He's keeping a careful eye on where the stairs let out, just in case someone decides to be helpful and come to him instead.]

[Willow has to admit that she's half-hoping it'll be Eridan that she can hear from the pool floor as she makes her way down the stairs, because hey, more time with the boyfriend is always good in her book.

But she wouldn't say she's disappointed when she finds a different sea dweller there instead.]

Oh! Hi. [She's peaking into the level from the stairway, and summons up a friendly smile.] I don't mean to interrupt.

[It might be a surprise to some that he can hear her through the water, despite how faint her voice comes through, but he's had practice listening to things like that. He twists himself over and pushes himself through the water until his head breaks through into the air, and he flashes an upside-down grin at her once he sees her collar.]

No big deal! I should probabubbly get out of here soon and finish looking around anyway.

[A hand comes out of the water too, pushing his hair out of his face, heel of his palm almost catching on the tiara settled on his forehead.]

Hey, I have a question- are there any other trolls here? I should reely get an idea of how many if there are...

[Willow has stopped expecting anything from the trolls, and just accepted things as they came. It's been working out a lot better. So when Faraon grins at her upside-down, she just raises her eyebrows, and comes closer to crouch at her heels a short distance away so as not to get her clothes wet.]

Oh, yeah, plenty. There's lots and lots of you guys. A few other sea-dwellers, too. My name's Willow-- if you just got here, I should give you the low down.

[She'd done the newbie intro thing enough times by now that it's rote and almost comfortable.]

[He brightens when she confirms there are more trolls- and even more when she mentions other sea-dwellers. If he's lucky, he and Eliade will just have gotten separated when they arrived.]

Hehehe, yeah I juuuuust got here- I was going to go try and lure some people out but then I got distracted by all this...

[He makes a vague sweeping motion to indicate the water and everything in it, looking only vaguely sheepish.]

But if you can help, I'd shore appreciate it. I hadn't seen a zingle person with a collar on my way down, so I was getting a little worried.

It's easy to get distracted! There's a lot to see here. [She smiles, liking how friendly he is. Some people are just so standoffish; it always brightens her up when she gets to talk to someone as gung-ho about socializing as she is.]

You must've just missed them or something. We're all brought here from different dimensions and time periods, and universes and so on. Supposedly the people that run the tower saved us from world endage, but... most of it's still up in the air.
