THE TVTROPES MEME

Here's whatcha do, folks.
☇ Go here.
☇ Lose several hours of time.
☇ Make a list of tropes that apply to your character(s)!
☇ Post said list after losing several more hours.
☇ Respond to others with additional ones you think apply to them
☇ Realize oh dang it's 3 am and you're lost on the Evangelion pages.
☇ May Zelretch have mercy on your soul.

Well Intentioned Extremist - He started out wanting to help his people, or so he claims. He just went overboard to do it then got mad with power.
Wicked Cultured - He was already smart in his youth, but hundreds of years sealed away gave him more than enough time to become a perfectly refined person.
Villainous Breakdown - When everything is lost...
Full Boar Action - Self-Explanatory .
Evil Overlord - That's his full time job.
Badass Beard - He's the picture defining that trope, nuff said.
Beard of Evil - See above.
Hellish Horse - Take two minute to observe how badass his horse is.
Has Two Mommies - Koume and Kotake.
Evil Tower of Ominousness - His base is one both in Hyrule and the Dark World. He'd like to make Animus his next one tbh. I mean, really.
Dying Curse - Defeating Ganon means you're getting cursed one way or another. And he'll come back in a hundred years anyway.
The Chessmaster - Most of his plans in the adult timeline are slow and involve manipulating the hero to get the Triforce.
Tennis Boss - He's practically the trope codifier of this trope.
Taking You With Me - Defeating Ganon generally means he'll use his last breath to destroy whatever you're currently in. He's that spiteful.
Sealed Evil in a Can - His eternal fate.
PigMan - When he turns into his demon form, he looks like a demonic pig. This form is actually the reflect of his heart, so.
Omnicidal Maniac - He once tried to exterminate three entire species just because they refused to submit to his rule. And he would actually have succeeded if not for Link's intervention.
Obviously Evil - Only the King of Hyrule is foolish enough not to realize it.
Night Invulnerability - Thanks to the Triforce, only the Master Sword, Light Arrows and his Own Magic can harm him. In Animus, magical weapons and powerful magics can harm him as well.
Leitmotif - His music theme and you'll hear it often if you visit the music floor.
Hijacked by Ganon - A bad habit of his is to suddenly steal the Big Bad role to the current Big Bad, when nobody knew he even existed minutes ago.
Sinister Schnoz - "My nose!...You pug, you knob, you button-head, know that I glory in this nose of mine, for a great nose indicates a great man – genial, courteous, intellectual, virile, courageous – as I am."
The Power of Hate - Is an incarnation of hatred and literally has his powers grow stronger from the hatred of others.
Large Ham - Did you ever hear one of his speech? Also as the TV trope page remark-- He's as close to a literal example of this trope as you'll ever get.
Honor Before Reason - At some point he makes sure not to kill Tetra even though she does try to kill him.
God in Human Form - Or rather Demon-- As the reincarnation of Demise, the source of all evil.
Evil Laugh - Used to be a verbal tic of his. It got better but he still tends to laugh and smile a bit too much when his plans go as expected.
Dimension Lord - He is the Emperor of the Evil Realm, aka the Dark World, which used to be the Sacred Realm before he corrupted it.
Demonic Possession - He never pulled it off in this timeline, but he is capable of possessing people if he wants.
The Starscream - Specific to the tower, he only wants to take out the administrators and pull a Hijacked by Ganon on them.
You Killed My Father - One of the many reasons Zelda has to despise him. He had sworn allegiance to him too.
Big Bad - In every game he appears in.
Bigger Bad - In a couple game Ganon doesn't appear and is even dead or sealed but his evil / minions trying to resurrect him are the driving force behind the plot.
