There are divisions of the Order that aren't directly under my command, I'm afraid.

Perhaps you could ask God-General Asch about it? He wasn't as directly involved in the politics, in fact worked quite closely under the Commandant himself, to my knowledge. He might be able to give you a clearer explanation.
