To get you started, here are a few optional prompts for you to use if you so wish:

1. [Setting: Elevators] Did you know it takes a half hour to get from the top of the dorms down to the cafeteria by elevator? Well you're finding out now! Strike up a conversation with the others stuck in there with you! Maybe play I Spy or something.

2. [Setting: Floor Eighty-Six] What's with all the mushrooms? And why are they in circles? That's weird--but maybe the mushrooms are edible? On the other hand, maybe you know exactly what these are--and you should really stop that idiot who's going to jump right in the middle of one of the fairy rings before he gets everyone on the floor turned to jell-o or something.

3. [Setting: Floor Seventy-Nine] Fancy some deep-sea diving? Grab some scuba gear, hop off the staircase, and explore some ruins! Just be careful you don't run out of air or run into a shark (or run into a shark while you're running low on air). Of course, if you can breathe underwater or just don't need to breathe at all, then the sharks would be your only worry. Try and find some treasure!

4. [Setting: Floor Fifty-Nine] Is this a torture chamber? Yes it is. Maybe you want to get out of here as soon as possible or maybe this floor really speaks to you. Maybe you want to give that iron maiden try on the first person who happens to wander by! On the other hand, maybe you got a bit too close to something and are about to take a spin in the racks yourself. Hopefully someone will come help you.

5. [Setting: Floor Thirty-Three] There's farmland on this floating island, and anything you can grow yourself is bound to be more reliable quality-wise than the cafeteria food. Of course, the recent odd storms have made a mess of this floor. Get to cleaning it up and then get to growing something!

6. [Setting: Floor Two] It's time for your first collar checkup! Go wait in the waiting room for your turn--maybe strike up a conversation and find out what this is all about! Or try to fight the worker units when they call for you, not that fighting them ever ends well.

7. [Setting: Anywhere] Whoops, you've gotten distracted, or lost, or you're still climbing up the stairs when night falls. It's time for the monsters to start prowling--and one's got its eyes (or whatever sensory organs it may have) on you! Time to fight back, or time to run?

[A pause as she thinks that over. Daddy had said that..but..she didn't know if he was a bad person or not.]

Ah, that's right, I am. Don't you have someone to look after you here?

[A bad person! Well..there was no way Yotsuba was trusting him now. But there was a question to be answered, so she glared at him as she did so.]

I do! Enoch and Red and Diarmuid and Edgeworth and Kyoko and Aretta and Rabbit and Spine and Lucibell! They're not bad people!

That's good, I'm glad you have so many friends to look out for you. But you should be sure to stay with one of them all the time, in case you run into someone like me.

Rabbit's my ho..honrary big brother! But it's okay! You haven't tried to kill Yotsuba yet, and I have a sling!

[But no rocks. She had forgotten that for the moment..but she could always close the elevator door on him if he tried anything.]

Oh, good, you should always be prepared, especially in a place like this with so much danger.

[He smiles.]

It's smart to tell any bad people you have it, too.

I know! Dying isn't any fun! It's scary, so Yotsuba wants to avoid it! And bad people!

[Judas might not be prepared for a small child talking about death.]

[No, not at all. That smile quickly fades to near-horror.]

You haven't died or seen anyone die here...have you?

I haven't seen anyone else die..but I have.

[It was a thought that wiped the glare off her face. Not that she wasn't going to be wary around this bad person.]

...I'm sorry. That's awful.

I know-!

[Hang on..]

It's not nice to lie! Usually good people say that!

W-what? I'm not lying, it really is terrible...!

No! Bad people don't say that it's bad when others die! You lied about being a bad person!

No, even bad people can feel badly! I promise I wasn't lying.

Really?! The bad people here don't seem to..

Well, just like there are different kinds of good people, there are different kinds of bad people too. There are good people who don't feel badly when they do or hear of something bad, while others do, so it's just the same for bad people.

[sunflowerfairy]

I don't get it!

[She really didn't. The concept of different kinds of good people was new to her.]

[thirtybits]

Ah, well, look at it like this - all people are different, right? Some people like cats more than dogs, some people are tall, and some shave their heads. It's the same idea, just with something a little more serious than any of those differences.

[sunflowerfairy]

Yotsuba understands a little..but people are similar too! All the good people I've met don't like getting hurt or hurting others! And the bad people I've met do!

[thirtybits]

Bad people don't always like hurting others, but that doesn't mean they won't do it anyway. They can have other reasons to do it.

[sunflowerfairy]

Like what?

[thirtybits]

Well, you might not understand, it's pretty grownup stuff, but, things like money, or thinking they're doing the right thing.

Yotsuba understands money..but why would they think that hurting someone would be the right thing?
