01 Post your characters! Or make a post for all of them. Either way is fine.
02 Respond to other people's characters with questions or things you want to know about them! Ask about their childhood, their underwear, their first crush, the way they got that scar, in-game plots, whatever.
03 Answer the questions people ask you with your headcanon! Or actual canon if it's covered there. You could just answer it normally, or you could also go into ridiculous detail, or write a drabble or something! You could illustrate how they got that scar in MS Paint! I could cop out and say learning about the Flood could count as tower-based, but nah. And while she resents being 'chosen' as the 'destined leader of men to freedom' for the tower, that's buried so deep that she hardly even recognizes it.
I think, ultimately, the thing she has regretted most in the tower was not being able to win Infighting. It wasn't a long lasting regret - in a few months time she began to realize how futile things are - but it was definitely the thing that hit her the hardest. Especially since she made a promise to England that she couldn't keep in the end.
