It was pretty readily apparent that she wasn't the KOS-MOS that T-Elos had just nearly destroyed, but that was only part of what he needed to know. Was she from his universe, Wilhelm's, or another one entirely?

She'll probably sense him before she sees him turn the corner in his brown mask and hood, head tilted just barely in consideration.*

[Well, guess who just got back and is utterly unhappy about it. He, for his part, has actually a blast examining the destructed remains of his world - though he really, really would have liked taking part admittedly (and maybe, maybe he has been getting just a little bit bored lately. Maybe).

He glares at the cells of the prison floor when he passes by them - dark memories fueling his temper, his strength. Over all he isn't all too impressed by the floors that have been added to this place since his last visit.

Eventually he ends up on Floor 17, chuckling as screams fill his ears. He's always liked this one for a reason.]

[Otacon was lying on his stomach on the floor, trying to find a way into the wall to study the tech used to make the terminals. Who was he talking to? Clearly whoever it was had already left without him noticing it. There's only so many misinterpreted proverbs a person can take.]

Jeez, did they really wall them in? It must be hard to get in to repair them.

Frankly it frustrated him that there wasn't anything available on the structure or history of the tower. But this wouldn't be his first time being locked up alongside of a group of imbeciles.]

[Oops, what is Mondo doing in the library, he must have taken a wrong turn somewhere... Just as he realises that, he spots Togami. This is definitely someone he wants to avoid as much as possible, lest his temper get the better of him. So, he tries to slip out without being seen...but walks right into a chair, knocking it over onto the floor.]

[Creeping through the hallways of the tower is what looks to be a large, violet, humanoid praying mantis. Imagine if someone took a Scyther and a velociraptor, put them in a blender, and painted the result purple.

He seems incredibly annoyed and skittish, and periodically grows irritated with his collar and bumps at it with the bases of his claws. It is on him and won't come off WHY WON'T IT COME OFF AND WHERE IS HE AUGH.]

[Floor eighteen seemed like a good place to do some reading. Of course, the keyword here being 'seemed'. At first, he could pass off the sounds as hearing things, or a ringing in his ears. But the more time he spends there, the more obvious it becomes that this isn't the case. Waver huddles up in his seat, a book still open in his hands as he looks around. This is scary. What if whatever is making those noises is on the stairs? He can't leave the floor, it could be much more dangerous than staying where he is.

But, it's terrifying.]

"What's wrong? Why are you crying? If you're new here, I am sorry." [He wished he had more to say than just "sorry", but he had no idea if this woman came from the same world as he did. He wasn't sure if her universe was fine.]

She regards her pleasantly, a touch of amusement mixed into her voice. She could scarcely remember the last time life had been so unpredictable.]

But get thrown in a tower between dimensions and be told your world has been destroyed? Sorry, this King Arthur gives up. So far he's accepted everything the Gods had in set up for him. he accomplished his 'destiny' without complaining and without whining every other five minutes.

This has to be a joke. Or a bad, very bad dream. More like a nightmare.

So have this version of King Arthur stares at his oatmeal. Making a face. God, what is this? He's never eaten anything that horrible, and it's saying a lot considering how awful food at the castle is sometimes. ]

At the current moment, Arturia sat in one of the tower's libraries pouring over a book of mythology in an attempt to calm her frazzled mind.]

[ It was a strange topic, she had to admit, to find that your world was destroyed. Although, if it meant to put an end to the Lich King and to stop any more people from wielding that cursed blade... Then maybe she could be happy here after all.

Although, she found that her thoughts led her to a woman - she couldn't have been more than in her mid twenties, by her appearance, yet she noticed the telltale signs of someone holding back a mountain of worry over things.

So, she'll squat down near where Arturia is, the end of her blade making the slightest sound against the floor. ]

[This was all very... well... strange. The note saying his world was destroyed when he clearly remembered saving it from certain doom the other day and waking up in this unfamiliar place with this collar.... he didn't want to believe the note though, it was probably just a joke or something. But this environment... it was almost as if he had been kidnapped to a facility of some sort.. maybe for experimenting?

He sat up once he was able to move and took a good look around. There were three other beds... three other roommates. Were they captives here too? And what was in these chests at the ends of the beds? Assuming the one at the end of his bed belonged to him, he opened it and was surprised to find his clothes along with his LBX inside. He changed quickly and took out his CCM, using it to sit Zenon on his shoulder as he left the room to look for others... and answers.]

She's not sure if she's in someone else's Nightmare or in a new one of her own, or whether all of that actually happened. Right now, it's more important not to be afraid, and to keep an eye out for anything or anyone that might need her attention.]

[If you're wandering around the tower today, you might notice a girl appearing in front of you--or perhaps behind you--that definitely wasn't there before. When she talks, it's mostly to herself.]

[She's running through both the research library and the fictional one with a fine tooth comb, looking even the slightest hint about the nature of this world and even moreso about the ones who were in charge of it. There were other means of learning this than direct information, of course--such as the fortress they've created for themselves and the works that they've collected.

There are other tricks, too, she notes, pulling out a book seemingly at random. She observes the space it occupied as much as the book itself.]

[Today Amber can be seen sitting a terminal, resting her chin on her hand as she clicks through the network's posts. Much of it was tedious busywork, but though just as much was quite enlightening--both about this world and those that came into contact with it.

Right now, though, she seems to be stuck on the more boring portion.]

[Hei had only passed in the library to find something that was useful. Maybe this place had some new recipes he could work with. Even if incomplete, he could figure out a way to add his own spin on it or improve it. Other cooks might be able to benefit as well.

And that's when the Contractor stopped in his tracks, blood running cold as he spotted a familiar face. There were so few coming back from the depths of beyond, Kirika being one of the few exceptions. Amber however...he never expected to see her here, alive no less.]
