Personality: The Doctor is a daft, 900 year old man, who looks like a 27 year old and acts like an 8 year old. He looks for the best in people, and loves almost everyone ever. Beware of his secret angst and rage.
Special Info: IS A TIME LORD WHO CAN DO TIME THINGS. He loves tiny children, and also everyone. He can be your quick escape guy, who rescues you in a pinch. He can be the wise Gandalf type figure to your Frodo, and advise you. He can be that weird guy who makes paper hats. He can be that wonderful guy who brightens your day, pokes your nose, and hugs you like no other.
