YEAH AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT? Lovable poseur and amnesiac know-it-all work at a detective agency together. They Fight Crime.

Or, a detective apprentice who thinks he's hot stuff and an amnesiac guy with a combination of Google and Wikipedia in his brain turn into a single superhero who fights people that turn into monsters via superpowered USB drives. They have a plucky girl sidekick that provides a fair amount of comic relief, and later pick up a rival who is essentially Batman if he took fashion advice from Kaneda in Akira. The series balances the drama and comedy fairly well - if you like the Ace Attorney game series' style of drama and comedy, this is very similar. Also, there's snappy dressing, cool hats, and a jazzy soundtrack

What's your AU's premise? Sora was kidnapped at a young age by Xehanort's Heartless/Ansem. He was raised to be blindly loyal and loving darkness. Meanwhile, Riku became the hero. Such is the price to be paid... But no, it's basically Kingdom Hearts, except much darker (AHAHAHAHA) and with lots more sadness and bad ending.

SO WHAT SHOULD I BE PLAYING FROM? Kamen Rider Den-O
YEAH AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT? If Murphy's Law was a religion, the protagonist would be a saint. The guy with the worst luck in the world gets picked to ride around in a time train and protect the timeline from a bunch of nasty monsters from the future (Imagin) that are trying to wreck the past. However, since said protagonist is absolutely terrible at fighting, he picks up a handful of these monsters that aren't working with the bad guys to help him out, via possession. WACKY HIJINKS ENSUE.

Den-O is a rather special series - it is high on the comedy, and surprisingly also high on drama, when it's called for. Unfortunately, it's not high on plot - there are a LOT of things that go unexplained. Motives for villains, how different things work, what the hell a Singularity Point is... The show also breaks its own established rules a bit later on, too. All that aside, though, it makes up for the plot issues with some absolutely wonderful characters that make it worth watching. (The Imagin steal the show by far, though.)

What's your AU's premise? Things go pear-shaped when Vanitas appears earlier than in canon and decides that he can train Ventus better than Xehanort can. One kidnapping later, a whole new chain of events unfolds that ends up sending the Kingdom Hearts universe down a different path than what would be expected, though at times it does mimic canon to a point.

Things in the AU include: Vanitas still running around the worlds, Aqua is a nobody, Eraqus surviving, Riku is a nobody, Ansem Seeker of Darkness returning after CoM, Repliku surviving, Xion Sora-facing then getting her own face, Ventus forming tight bonds with Repliku, Namine and Xion and much more.

Oh and a trip to the world of the Aristocats where people are turned into cats.

YEAH AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT? It's a story about friendships, growing up, gangsters and vampires set in the fictional city of Mallepa, China. The main story was cobbled together by a Japanese rock star who later conned his friend who happens to be a rock star to help and they some how got a former porn director to direct and a famous Hong Kong singer involved as well. There's a lot of over acting and under acting and the cast really has fun despite the fact that half of them are amateurs.

In essence it's the story of Sho who grows up and dies, and the basis of all the other songs/albums/so on of Gackt's MOON Saga.

SO WHERE CAN I GET IT? You can buy the games on Amazon.com. If you don't have the systems to play them, never fear! KH13.com has archies of all the cutscenes. Youtube is full of walkthroughs and let's plays. Manga Fox has most of the manga, but you're really missing out if you rely on manga alone.

What's your AU's premise? Antipode in a nutshell: Riku is the Keybearer. Sora is not. Shit happens, and the universe gets screwed.

But really, it's more complicated than that. The story is canon up until the night Destiny Islands falls to darkness. Sora and Riku meet with each other before Riku can give into the darkness, thus Riku ends up with the Keyblade, while Sora still has Kairi's heart inside him. However, because Riku is very different from Sora, he makes different decisions. Likewise, the Disney villains must approach Sora in a different manner, since jealousy will not work.

What happens is Sora ends up being tricked into thinking the Disney villains are really the good guys, while Riku's forced to travel with Donald and Goofy, who he can barely stand at first. At the start of his journey, he completely disregards them, meddles, and doesn't take hero work seriously. It's only through hardships that he comes to be the hero he is today.

By the end of KH1, things are radically different. Sora remains a Heartless, Kairi joins Riku, Donald, and Goofy, and the door to Kingdom Hearts remains wide open. Roxas retains all of Sora's memories until Naminé alters them. The Riku Replica is the Organization's main weapon.

Really, it's hard to sum Antipode up in brief. If you want to learn more, I have plenty of links.

However, seeing as these are really, really long fics, I don't actually expect people to dig through them unless they really want to. Instead, I have some links that provide an abridged explanation.

First, there's the Character Reference Guide. It contains explanations of the roles of various characters. I still need to add Sora's Nobody/XIII/Roxas and a few others, but I think it's an okay start.

Next, there's the timeline for Act 1. It's still a WIP, but I've completed it up to Neverland and plan to finish the rest this weekend. I also have an Act 2 Timeline. It covers the whole story, though some of the information is a bit dated. I aim to fix that up pretty quickly as well.

There's also Riku's app which provides a decent summary, though it's outdated compared to the timeline. Still, it gets the job done.

Characters you'd like to see? If somebody apped Riku Replica from this AU, I would love them forever. No, seriously. I have icons and everything. YEAH AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT? Summarizing the ENTIRETY of the plotline will keep me here all night...

Basically it's a Disney and Final Fantasy crossover with a fair bit of its own original flair thrown in. To sum it all up in a sentence? It's a battle between light and darkness and how friendship and love (of ALL KINDS, not just romantic) is literally the most powerful force in the universe.

The protagonists tend to come in groups of threes though not always (specifically in re:coded). There are journeys of adventure, self-discovery, searching for one's friends and light, hope for the future, fixing the mistakes of the past. You can expect to have a lot of emotions, be as if not more confused than the characters a lot of the time, and for the love of all that is sane and decent, keep the tissues on hand because you will see a lot of bad things happen to good people.

The battle style is fun and the music is utterly amazing.

- Said girl also dreams of her Ideal Self, who takes the party out to stop the evil corporation's goals. Which changed to becoming nihilistic.
- Alternatively, you can grind in three Towers at school to stop the Snow Queen.
- Oh, and a spirit guide gives the teenagers the power of Persona to do this.
- Because the spirit guide has a bet going on with the Crawling Chaos to see if humans will destroy themselves or achieve enlightenment.
- Lots and lots of grinding.
- The party is full of jerks.

YEAH AND WHAT'S IT ABOUT? Maya undoes all of Tatsuya's mistakes. Basically, the game exists so that everyone who felt cheated by Innocent Sin's ending finally get the conclusion they were looking for. OH, AND YOU GET AN ADULT PARTY. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW AWESOME THAT IS.

There's an enhanced PSP port released recently in Japan, but Atlus hasn't announced it to be localized yet. Perhaps when P4 Arena and P4 Golden have been released and wound down.

Then a guy named Takahisa Kandori goes into that world and gets the powers to become a GOD and TAKE OVER THE WORLD™ except he fails and then one part of the girl becomes Pandora who wants to destroy all of reality. You end up fighting her and THE WORLD IS SAVED!!! There's a giant tower.

The Mangaka who made it wanted people to like it so much that they bought the game, and it shows. The art is great and the depths she adds to each character just fleshes them out even more. Actually I would suggest reading the manga first before even playing the game.

Fits most Persona games and is pretty awesome. Persona is a hell of a drug.

I can provide you with artwork, images, background information about the characters and everything you need. Considering that Persona 1's plot is a bit more standard than the later ones, with the playthrought and a text you can get as much information from it as playing the game yourself. KEI NANJO Is the asshole of a group of asshole. He is Bruce Wayne with less Batman and more sass. His ultimate Persona is his dead butler on a surfboard if that isn't metal enough for you, I don't know what is.

Maki Sonomura is said character who was experimented on by SEBEC. You play most of the game with her Dream! Perfect Self. She's sweet kind, nice and has some issues considering you're inside her world and there's different versions of her running around. Oh, and she has a crush on Naoya.

Masao "Mark" Inaba is a punk, graffiti artist who argues a lot with Brown. He's kind-hearted but is very short tempted and tends to run in first. Also he has a crush on Maki.

Hidehiko "Brown" Uesugi is the most hilarious thing out of this game. If you thought Eikichi was bad, Brown is pretty much ten times worse. He thinks he is the shit, and he even lies on canon game information saying he is 57 feet tall and 550 kilos (not even lying that's what it says in his official game profile along with a note "according to him!") He is awesome and hilarious.

Yuka Ayase is the pretty girl of the group who speaks like a valley girl and is pretty much sass meets teen sweet valley high. She's also easy to anger and speaks in 3rd person in the manga.

Reiji Kido is the tall strong muscle guy of the group who doesn't talk much but THREATENS TO BREAK OF DEMON'S FINGERS because he's just that badass. His arcana is DEVIL and DEATH. He is pretty much hardcore and has a nice streak about him, if you know more of his story life (like the fact Kandori is his half-brother and he got that scar protecting his mom from their mutual dad). Do you think he uses weapons no he punches everytihng WITH HIS FISTS and if that doesn't work he's got a SUBMACHINE GUN.

Yukino Mayuzumi is the final badass addition to the group. She is a reformed yanki which is basically female japanese school gangs. She uses razor blades as her weapons. She's the most down-to-earth girl of the group, but she's willing to get down and dirty when the time comes to it. She's very masculine-like in her mannerisms too.
