((The only AU part of this Aphrodi is that he's not really alive; he's more of a part time angel that gets to roam around to do what he wants so long as he goes to do "good deeds" for the Powers That Be.))

[ Everything is so bizarre here, and this guy has no idea what's going on. Still, it would be a waste not to look around this weird place -- there could have been a reason he was brought here, after all, so he starts wandering around to see if there's anything of interest. ]

Oh? Um... well, I suppose you're new? Yes, you must be. Um... the truth of the matter is, no one truly knows. We've been told that our worlds have been destroyed and we are being held in this tower because there's... well, there's nowhere else to go, apparently. No one seems to really know if that's true.
