Absolutely! Sephiroth would even take it a step further and suggest Night AND Day patrols, if they could cover it. They should definitely talk, I agree with this.

Well the Tower is safest during the day, but he'd have a point. This should work out quite nicely and he may or may not get her looking up to him as a mentor depending on how this goes.

"Better alive than not", or so he says. ...with considerable more style, granted. Annnnd, when he's not trying to break the Planet, he's actually a very good quiet sort of hero figure. Although he privately hates all the PR and thinks folk should spend their time doing other stuff. But despite his penchant for staying aloof, he's a very good leader and takes civilian safety very seriously. Even more so the well being of his men. So, yah, I am all for this.

Which is also why he pinged my Arturia/Saber muse. Pre-going insane he's a freaking saint. Shame he had to go nuts for the sake of plot. ;~;

So! We'll see how this goes. It sounds like it'll be pretty epic in the long run.
