Name: Aleph [Sinclair]
Canon/Source: Shin Megami Tensei II
Cliffnotes: Aleph is an almost-two-year old Messiah who killed God once. He summons demons to fight with him, and is generally pretty amazingly kickass, but despite that he's a sweet guy who takes time to talk to people and help out when he can.
Room: 2-04
Status: He's been hunting monsters for weapons a lot, not so much hunting for food now that it's super wintery. He also enjoys practicing his craftworks, though he's not very good at them. Since he's just recently gained the ability to summon his demons again, you might see them out more often.
Common Hangouts: Meadow floor, workshop, libraries, crystal caverns, masquerade floor.
Looking For: New friends! New enemies! Demons, angels, people with religious viewpoints who will :| at the killing God thing, anybody.
Not Looking For: Romance, he's married to the lovely April Sinclair.
Current plans: He's not busy, I don't think. His birthday is on Sunday!

Name: Urotsuki
Canon/Source: Yume 2kki
Cliffnotes: A very.. weird girl, to sum it all up quickly. It's hard to find out what kind of emotion she's feeling since her expression and voice tends to be blank a lot of the time, and she doesn't think strangely of things that would obviously be weird to anyone else. She can pull a chainsaw out of nowhere and loves using it and also loves dreaming (she has the weirdest dreams that anyone else would call nightmares but she loves them). She's friendly enough though, if not a little overly clingy.
Room: 2-09
Status: Pretty okay, actually. The loss of Kidou a long time ago shook her up pretty badly, but she's overcome it, even if she's even a little less emotional now thanks to the loss. She's pretty determined to try and kill Ruana one way or another. Personal vandetta.
Common Hangouts: Anywhere, really! Urotsuki is an explorer to the core, so you could probably find her anywhere, even in dangerous places.
Looking For: Anything! Friends, people who want to be weirded out with her, more serious stuff-- whatever you want, just come to me!
Not Looking For: Shipping of any kind, she's too fixated on her old boyfriend.
Current plans: I've been staring at the Ryoji plot but it's probably for the best if Urotsuki isn't involved, so I've got nothing in particular right now!

Name: Ryuunosuke Uryuu
Canon/Source: Fate/Zero
Cliffnotes: Serial killer! Hobbies include murdering women and children. No knowledge about magecraft despite having summoned Gilles de Rais once in a Holy Grail War. Pretty casual guy, and can get along with people decently if they don't know about the serial killer thing.
Room: 3-16
Status: Bored as hell, hasn't killed anybody lately. Still working on the reciprocation thing for Caster's confession.
Common Hangouts: Media room, libraries, torture chamber room.
Looking For: Victims, fellow murderers, people who'll hate him for justified reasons, and people who can tolerate him. Anyone, really.
Not Looking For: Romance, his heart is taken by Caster <3
Current plans: He'll probably be related to Caster's upcoming murder plot! Stay tuned.

Name: Xion
Canon/Source: Kingdom Hearts
Cliffnotes: Sora's replica heartbaby. Been in the Tower for two years January 28th, thus making her having lived in the Tower for more than 2/3rds of her life. A little bit shy and nervous, but much less so now than she used to be. Member of Pandora and Ragnarok.
Room: 1-01
Status: A little bit subdued actually, considering Roxas' departure, total lack of closure with the Jason fight (he brushed her off basically), and fears that getting the new collar fluid will make her start absorbing memories again. She's still leading the group that's trying to pass out warm clothing, but supplies are rather dangerously depleted after December so she'll be talking to everyone about trying to rebuild them.
Common Hangouts: 1st floor for meals, Graveyard (48) for her job, Sewing Floor (51) for sewing warm clothes for other Tower residents, Beach (62) for shell collecting/relaxing. From there, she rotates around the different safer floors.
Looking For: New CR always, building up some of the CR she has more, for her to get into trouble somehow - except for during the event, she's been doing a good job staying out of it and that can't and shouldn't last.
Not Looking For: I honestly can't think of anything.
Current plans: Other than her slowly starting to absorb memories from Sora again once her powers return no, and I'd like to change this!

Name: V/V
Canon/Source: Angel Notes
Cliffnotes: Plant alien from Venus. Originally the size of a city, this is a projected form she created from people's absorbed thoughts. Loves humanity and everybody. Plays the guitar and sings really well.
Room: 2-19
Status: Feeling a little useless, but trying to keep people's spirits up as best she can. Mostly recovered from her boyfriend's drop by now.
Common Hangouts: Music room, meadow, media room, hedge maze.
Looking For: Friends! Enemies (if you can find a reason to be enemies with her)! Angels/religious figures who aren't also plants! More friends! Anyone, really.
Not Looking For: Can't think of anything.
Current plans: Not much.

Name: Gilles de Rais--formerly Caster, but he doesn't call himself that anymore and doesn't introduce himself as such.
Canon/Source: Fate/Zero (OU)
Cliffnotes: Once a knight of France who fought beside Jeanne d'Arc, Gilles went insane after her death and became a notorious murderer. Later, he returned in spirit form to fight a bunch of other historical/mythical figures in order to win Jeanne's heart--I mean, the Holy Grail. Except he cared a lot more about murders... At the end of the conflict he experienced a moment of revelation in which he realized the horror of what he'd done, and that's his current canon point. He is INTENSELY DRAMATIC; he loves plotting things and putting on productions. He hates politics and accounting.
Room: 01-10
Status: Trying to behave and succeeding--so far...
Common Hangouts: Music room, cathedral... he really might show up anywhere, as he's very curious.
Looking For: I really want to do a little plot in which Gilles finally snaps, loses control, and kills some people. Not anything big enough to be a genuine player plot, just a small spree... So I would like to find victims or people to fight off, kill and/or imprison Gilles afterward. (Sadly, any victims should be or appear to be 18 and under. I am sorry Gilles is so horrible. :C ) Gilles will actually feel regret afterward and so will be less dangerous at that point. I am 100% fine with handwaving murders; I am also fine with people fighting off Gilles.
Not Looking For: I'm up for anything, really!
Current plans: Just the killing plot listed above.

Name: Zett Takajo
Canon/Source: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children [AU]
Cliffnotes: A demon that split off of Beelzebub and became the main personality after the first personality was killed. (He was kind of a jerk anyway.) Behaves like a bit of a brat, but has good intentions and is friendly to most people.
Room: 1-02
Status: Helping Romeo with his heroes book, meaning that he's spending a lot of time stalking people and drawing them. Free time is spent doing stuff for himself, like learning to play pool.
Common Hangouts: Stargazing lounge, bar, tall floors like the tower within the tower and the floor with rafters and beams
Looking For: Almost anything. Friends, enemies, trolling victims and people to troll him back.
Not Looking For: /shrug!
Current plans: Involved in the battle vs Nyx Avatar. Still drawing people for the heroes book.

Name: Danielle "Dani" Phantom
Canon/Source: Danny Phantom
Cliffnotes: Unstable female clone of the series' titular protagonist. Has ghost powers. Sassy and immature at times, skewed sense of appropriate behavior at others, but overall a good/caring person.
Room: 2-07
Status: Still exploring. She's probably going to be fascinated with the new floor and the chipped units. And later might start pushing recklessly against the admins with attempted infiltrations and the like, it's hard to say. She's also starting to get pretty unstable, and has the means of fixing it (for now) in her hands as a regain, but doesn't know what the hell it does.
Common Hangouts: Except for Floor 1 for food, she really wanders all throughout the Tower. She's been getting super-restless lately. She does enjoy some of the larger floors with powers though, and tends to fly around in them.
Looking For: NEW CR. She's been kind of drifting and generally has a lot of frustrated feelings at some of the usual groups for being so paranoid/secretive. Meanwhile, she's only really been able to bond with 1-2 people, which is not really good for keeping her in check if she decides to go off half-cocked trying to achieve something.
Not Looking For: Ships. She's twelve.
Current plans: I think she'll end up joining the Bitty Brigade and basically become super-protective of it. Other than that, this one sorely needs plots too and I need to fix this.

Cliffnotes: The most bloodthirsty, arrogant, assholish spirit of a holy sword you will ever meet. Serves Link instead of Demise, but his personality's largely the same.
Room: 1-04
Status: Getting used to the tower! His intro is here if you'd like to tag it.
Common Hangouts: Monster floors, cathedral, he hasn't really established a routine yet.
Looking For: Anyone. People to snark at, people to possibly be maybe friends with, enemies (heroic or otherwise), anybody!
Not Looking For: Can't think of much!
Current plans: /shrug

As I mentioned on plurk, I'm totally up for offering Xion and Dani to be involved in any murder plot, with Xion looking 16-17ish and Dani appearing to be 12 (both being much younger than that in actuality). How it would turn out would depend when and where the thread took place (basically depends on the status of powers). Xion would probably have a better chance of surviving than Dani would, if it makes any difference.

idk what you had in mind though for victims and such, so whatever works!

Name: Wriggle Nightbug
Canon/Source: Touhou Project, Original Universe
Cliffnotes: Small over-excited firefly girl. She's very outspoken, a little aggressive and quite androgynous. He main power was controlling insects and she considered herself somewhat of a leader to them. Her main goal was getting their importance recognised.

Room: 1-01
Status: She only just returned to the tower after spending a couple of months in her own world, which has made her more eager to fight than ever.
Common Hangouts: Floor 25 (meadow), Floor 41 (bugs) and most other wilderness like floors.

Looking For: New CR and continuing CR mostly. Since returning she's really motivated to do whatever it takes to fix her world so I'd like to get her involved in anything that might help restorations.
Not Looking For: Nothing in particular
Current plans: She'll be having her collar fluid replaced during her next check-up so effectively she'll be powerless between the 16th and the 23rd. Wriggle has never gone that long without her powers so she'll probably get pretty frustrated and restless. Probably she'd appreciate someone helping her through it.

Name: Sealand / Peter Kirkland
Canon/Source: Axis Powers Hetalia
Cliffnotes: Forty-six year old personification of a micronation fort who's physically and mentally twelve. Likes technology, friends, his micro-country, chocolate and soccer.
Room: 1-20
Status: He just recently regained his huge pet hamster, one that's bigger than a large dog, so he's happy about that (I'm gonna try and get a log of that out soon). Also, got his real nation feelings/powers back after a very upsetting week where he had no such feelings. Overall, he's pretty hopeful. Solidly believes the adults are going to find a way back home. He wants to build up a soccer team, if anyone wants in on that.
Common Hangouts: The media room, the cafeteria three times a day, his dorm, the meadow, he basically likes exploring all over the place during the day too, actually.
Looking For: Friends! Enemies/people that'll rub him the wrong way! Anything!
Not Looking For: Can't think of anything.
Current plans: Uhhh. I don't think so....

So it looks like Wriggle is one of Xion's new roommates. Maybe they should get to know each other a little.

Since Wriggle is seriously weak to the cold they could probably get CR through warm clothing donations, even if supplies are low. She doesn't know much about sewing but she'd still be willing to help if it's needed.

Wriggle only just got back in the tower but she still hangs out in the meadow so they might cross paths. She's pretty childish and aggressive so they could probably easily get on each others bad sides but she isn't a bad person so they could be friends too.

Also she's infamous for her kicking ability. You totally want her on your soccer team!

Yes, that'd be great! I've actually been trying to keep an eye out for opportunities to tag him, so it'll definitely happen when the planets align. c:

Name: Diarmuid Ua Duibhne (Lancer)
Canon/Source: [OU] Fate/Zero
Cliffnotes: His Type-Moon Wiki entry for those who are completely canon blind. (There are spoilers galore there, so tread carefully.) Super cliff notes: chivalrous derp knight who is currently conflicted by the fact he has learned to hate people and isn't exactly comfortable with that, since it's something he's never done before. ~~What is being human?~~
Room: 4-16 (Roomie shenanigans in our room? Never....)
Status: Aside from the above mentioned conflict, Diarmuid is actually doing pretty well considering he just celebrated his one year anniversary in the Tower. He's moving on from how badly the fight with Sephiroth went, though that will come back to haunt him soon enough (see below in plans), and he is trying to help out those who tried and failed to kill Jason. He hasn't taken the new collar fluid yet and so still has full glamour powers, but will be taking it soon. Diarmuid also just got a copy of Gae Buidhe back. It might not be the Noble Phantasm version, but he's still as excited as a kid on Christmas to have it back...
Common Hangouts: Diarmuid patrols the whole Tower at least once a day, so he generally be found anywhere at anytime, especially since he is still collecting real weapons from monsters for distribution. He can often be found around 4-16 (his room), 3-10 (his master's room), or floor 100 (where he usually goes to think). He tends to avoid floor 80 (the Circus Floor) because his first death was there. ~~Stupid clowns.~~
Looking For: Nothing specific! Feel free to throw ideas at me. I wrapped up a lot of his personal projects (like the Tower Guide), so that in these last months he would be free for whatever gets thrown at him.
Not Looking For: I don't have a lot I'm not looking for, but anyone who is following his CR at all knows that he is very firmly attached to a certain green wearing, cigarette smoking, grumpy professor, so no romance (unless you are said green wearing, cigarette smoking, grumpy professor :-P). Along those lines, I'm not really looking for more shenanigans with his love spot at this time either. Once he switches to the new collar fluid, he is going to assume his curse will be back at full power, even though it won't be. (He's taking no chances after what happened in March/April.) As a result, he's going to be wearing the sunglasses Waver gave him to cover the spot and disrupt its power. However, if you really REALLY want to have something go down, let me know and I'll see if we can work something out.
Current plans: Right now, Diarmuid is trying to think his way through accepting it's okay for him to hate and basically be human. He really needs to learn to accept the advice he's been giving others for so long before he leaves this place, since that is a big part of what is holding him back from stepping up to where he was before he was betrayed. Along those lines, he is going to be dealing with some fall out from his fight with Sephiroth as detailed here which may or may not help with that whole process. We will see...

In addition, he was recently 'adopted' into the Turks/Ragnarok and is doing his best to meld his 'new' and 'old' families together, since he has always thought that their chances at defeating the Administrators were greater the more they worked together. So far, they have been working mostly on humanitarian efforts (the food, clothing, and weapon hand outs during the Jason event for example), but will be right there in the fight as well once the time comes. Anyone who has CR with Diarmuid and is interested in joining the group should feel free to approach him about it, since it is a good neutral alternative for those who don't really fit into the other two groups currently in the Tower.

Finally, despite what goes down on the 15th, Diarmuid will be getting the new collar fluid on the 18th and as a result, will be powerless from the 18th until the 25th when his real powers start to slowly come back. I am thinking of doing a log around that time for fall out from the plot on the 15th and his time powerless/having his powers come back, but we will see what else is going on in game first.

Oh! And he will be continuing to train anyone who he is currently training/has talked to about doing training with. It could be interesting to set up some bouts when the poor boy is powerless, hmmm?

I know it looks like he's got a lot going on, but a lot of this is background/handwaved typed stuff so don't be afraid to poke me with any ideas!

Name: Ryoji Mochizuki
Canon/Source: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
Cliffnotes: The cutest personification of death ever-I mean, uh, a normal high school student with a nasty mom.
Room: 4-16
Status: Ryoji is feeling a little better! He's gotten his girlfriend back, so he's quite happy to focus on hanging out with her and try not to worry about what the Tower has in store next... he'd be better off if he did in fact worry, but oh well.
Common Hangouts: 4-16 and the dorm floors, 81, 78, 62, 19, 14 and 3
Looking For: Plenty of friends! Negative CR is also welcome, though he really should have enough trouble already. He's still gullible and trustworthy enough to hang out with anyone.
Not Looking For: Nothing I can think of!
Current plans: He's gotten into tons of trouble and now is going to be forced to attack the Tower in this plot, so people should go knock some sense into him!

Not going to be involved? That's a shame, I like our CR. Any particular reason why? We can always plan something else outside of that though!

I... really shouldn't be so mean, but yeah, I'll offer Ryoji if Gilles wants another victim. XD He looks to be 17 or 18 but he's technically younger.

Name: Lancer (Cu Chulainn)
Canon/Source: Fate/
Cliffnotes: wiki. Also, he's pretty much a cheerful, flirtatious class clown type.
Room: 4-16. The two Lancers put their beds together, essentially making a double bed that they sleep together in. Cu's half of the bed is a big mess, Diarmuid's is neater. With the addition of two pets (a dog and a horse), it's started to get a little squishy and smelly.
Status: Lancer joined Jasonbusters, but found himself disappointed by the results. However, getting his horse back is gonna cheer him up! He's gonna be riding it all around and inviting people to join him. He doesn't have his true powers back yet, but he'll go for it once Diarmuid gets his real powers back.
Common Hangouts: The recent cold front means that he'll be spending more time on the indoor floors, though he'll also ride his horse on the meadow or beach floors
Looking For: Anything, I'd say.
Not Looking For: He's already dating Asagi, so please no long term romance for now! (that said, he'll still flirt with just about all of the ladies)
Current plans: Lancer is going to be helping Diarmuid with training Urotsuki. And he'll also help his bro and the Turks with food and clothing distribution. Like Diarmuid, he's open to recruiting people into the turks, or even dragging them over to Enoch to try and get them into Pandora.

Also, he's gonna get involved with revenge plot, where he'll turn into a witch (or wait, wrong series).
