[Rick makes an odd noise, a peculiar, strangled squeak in the back of his throat that says this is not what he was intending, and yes, let's just make this as quick as possible, okay?]

[Alright that's enough. Rick pulls back abruptly, face flushed full red and looking at anything but Veronica until he can stop feeling like a creepy old man and apologize.]

[He hugs himself and squeals in delight.]

Thankfully, Yotsuba had already had her quest for the knowledge of 'romeance' and gotten it-along with a death via a masked monster-so Rick didn't have to explain that to her. Rick's kiss was happily accepted, and Yotsuba was going to say thank you and ask what else he thought she was..but when he dived down and gave her a raspberry, she couldn't speak.

All she could do was laugh and squeal happily as she squirmed about and tried to get Rick off her. If she could, she was going to try and tickle him too!

[Hopefully everything will be just fine. But, upon identifying the plant, Yotsuba remembered what you had to do when two people were under it.]

[And, without another word, the girl would try to latch onto Gilles leg and start climbing up towards his face. If she reached it, she would give him a kiss on the forehead, but if he tried to shake her off, she would cling to him for dear life.]

[And Veronica jumps back as well. She flails around for a moment, hands flying to her mouth to wipe away whatever spittle wasn't from her. She squeaks incoherently for a little bit which is soon followed by a string of mumbled swears, half of which might be made up.

She's not even going to face Rick for the moment. If her face was anymore red, she would be on fire right now.]
