One of the tower's newest residents looked like she really did not belong there. Ever since she had come out of the sleep paralysis, Minatsuki had looked as if she were near tears. She slouched a little, clasping her hands together nervously as she found her way down to the cafeteria, and she jumped at even the faintest sound.

[Here is one Waver in a dark green suit and black shirt, hair in a ponytail and sunglasses delicately perched atop his head.]

[Is he in the library reading? In the meadow trying to do some sort of alchemy-based analysis on the flowers? Did he just take down a monster with nothing but martial arts? Anything goes, use your imagination ~~because mine's checked out for the day~~!]

[Have an Admiral. Per Starfleet directive shes going to be nosing around looking for a method to escape and return home. Because from her perspective this is clearly yet another instance of aliens kidnapping Starfleet officers for god knows what reason. Assume shes nosing around pretty much anywhere, phaser at the ready.]

[This Waver is just staring. Isn't that about what he looked like only a month ago? His memory of the experiment is a little fuzzy, but enough people brought up his appearance to remember these basics. Tall, long hair, harder features. So why is there suddenly someone in the library matching that description? Should he approach him and ask what's up, or - nah, he should probably just keep staring. Very obviously so. WHO ARE YOU]

I've been here for three hours and I've already seen enough Second Magic to make goddamned Zelretch himself say 'this is confusing as hell', but this is a little too much for me.

[Very calmly lighting a cigarette because hey, shit's weird. No reason to freak out about it.]

[And here is the would-be monster victim that he just saved via taking down the monster with martial arts skills.]

[Sola-ui stares breathlessly at the scene before her. No fancy mystic codes, not even an incantation, and yet this magus had killed the monster with his bare hands. What sort of monster was he?]

[She isn't quite sure what to say at this moment.]

So what other delightful surprises am I going to have to deal with?

[ At some point while she's nosing around and exploring the strange tower, a certain Starfleet Officer will spot her as she does the exploration. As far as this android knows, Nechayev is still only Vice Admiral- Time paradoxes alas. But he approaches her with a surprised expression... As surprised as an emotionless android can look at least. ]

Vice-Admiral Nechayev?

[The kind that really sucks at magic.]

[Tohko was working in the library, doing her usual librarian duties. She was about to turn a corner when she paused, seeing..an older Waver. What in the world was going on? Were the Administrators playing age games again? Puzzled, she walked towards him, holding a book.]

Waver? Why have you aged again?

[For a place that can be so dark and colorful, this man sticks out like a sore thumb- he looks like he stepped out of a black and white illustration, not a single other color on him. Add the baseball attire, the bat, and the deadly serious expression on his face, and one can tell he's not exactly your average sports player.]

[Oh, and look, he's stepping up to anyone he sees, speaking in a very unemotional tone:]

Show me where the specters are so I can purify them.

[She gives a quick, nervous nod.]
