Labrys, also unaffected, speaks Japanese and...binary? Computer language? Something along those lines.

April, who will be unaffected, speaks English and understands some computer languages.

Sayaka here will be unaffected, she speaks mainly Japanese with some shaky English thanks to her career upbringing.

Feferi is unaffected, and speaks fluent Alternian and English.

Saki is affected, and per the mods, will speak Cantonese, broken Spanish, and fangirl Ancient North Martian (Doctor Who) during the event.

Richtofen is affected, and will be speaking Lithuanian and Punjabi during the event.

Itachi is also affected, and he will be speaking Esperanto during the event.

Nunnally will speak Canadian French and snippets of Spanish during the event.

Rin will speak French and some Quenya (Lord of the Rings) during the event.

... does Quenya even have enough words for a tsundere? We're going to have to find out sooner or later. Both of them are affected.

Aschen is an android and who knows what all she speaks. I'm just going with Japanese, English, and whatever languages are native to the Endless Frontier.

Satsuki is also unaffected, but she only speaks Japanese. ~~And will be ignored.~~

Axel is affected and will be speaking Cantonese, some Alternian, and some Aselian.

Sion is unaffected but she can speak Japanese, English and most likely Arabic due to living in Egypt for so long.

Enoch will be affected by the event and will only be able to speak Alternian. (Normally he speaks pre-Babel, which probably sounds vaguely like a bunch of ancient languages while not actually being any of them.)

Togami is unaffected and he speaks Japanese by default but is also fluent in English and French.

Yu Narukami is unaffected due to semi-hiatus, but natively speaks Japanese, but canonly can have a part time job translating English and Japanese. There's also some Korean books in his room, so there's a dash of that as well.

Koromaru speaks dog. (ﾉ º _ º）ﾉ ┻━┻

Mine are unaffected, but still listing what they speak for when they talk to others!

- Leon pretty much only speaks Japanese and some wannabe-English. Aka very basic conversation phrases and random song lyrics. ... yeah.
- Eva speaks English.
- Urotsuki only speaks Japanese, maybe some random words from other languages but nothing good enough to actually speak in.
- Evatrice speaks Japanese and English (I assume since Eva's such an overachiever..) even if the latter is with an accent and all.

...................time to learn a new language.

Katsuya speaks Japanese and maybe a little English?

Ryuunosuke speaks Japanese, can at least read Chinese, and knows no English other than 'cool'.

Akihiko is affected during this event. He'll be speaking in Hindi, but also some Alternian (equivalent to the amount the average senior in high school would know of a foreign language).

A'kin will be affected and fully fluent in Esperanto, Welsh, Canadian French (with some effort, ought to be mutually intelligible with speakers of standard French), Fonic, and English.

He'll be happy to play interpreter for anyone needing to bridge those languages.

So there's only one character here at the moment, Equius, and he's speaking Japanese and Mandarin.

Tohko speaks mainly Japanese and knows some English phrases. Not many though.

chaos speaks..I'm going to say mainly English, but since he is six thousand years old, it's probable that he knows some ancient languages. However..since it's been so long since those languages were in use, his memory is probably really bad with them. Or he's forgotten about them entirely.

Neither of them will be affected by the event.

Shiro will be unaffected and speaks only Japanese in her usual Shiro way (in third person for those who haven't met her yet). Wretched Egg only speaks Japanese too but she might get a few words in English.

Catarina speaks her native demonic language and her area's Common, which sounds very similar to French with some odd turns.

Ryuho speaks only Japanese.

Homura is unaffected and can speak Japanese and eighth grade level English.

Rika is also unaffected and can speak Japanese and some American English.

Colette will be affected and will be speaking Fonic and Lithuanian.

Reno will be unaffected and speaks Midgarian and Costa Del Sol. There was a character in Costa Del Sol that mentioned they spoke English and had an accent. Yeaaah, I'm confused by that so I just assume what they speak in Midgar and native Costa Del Sol is different.

Marty will unaffected and speaks English and probably broken high school Spanish.

Azula will be unaffected and... speak... what... they speak in the Avatar world.

Wriggle is going to be affected by the event and will be speaking Fonic from Tales of the Abyss.

Ken will be unaffected and speaks Japanese and like. Whatever English you would find in a sentai show.

Naoya is unaffected but as per mod direction he's being cut down to Japanese, English, pre-Babel, Arabic, and Aramaic.

Taro is unaffected and speaks English and Japanese.

Allelujah (and Hallelujah) are unaffected and speak English, Japanese, Russian, and bits of Kazakh.

Fou-Lu is unaffected and will be speaking Endless and whatever they speak in Breath of Fire IV's world which probably sounds like olde English, olde Japanese, and olde Korean crashed into each other.

Lancer speaks GAELIC, THE ANCIENT TONGUE OF HIS PEOPLE. HE LIKES IT BECAUSE WHEN SPOKEN ALOUD, IT SOUNDS VERY ANGRY. He can also speak English with a North Irish accent because of the Grail fudging around. Again, it sounds very angry. Or very drunk. Or very drunk while very angry. Again because of Grail fuddling, he can speak enough Japanese to get by.

Rosa speaks Japanese and some basic English

Rei speaks English, Japanese, and Angel. Well, Angel is actually sung and not spoken. Basically imagine something that sounds like gibberish and Gregorian chanting all at the same time.

Ayaka will not be affected, but she speaks Japanese and has picked up some English from her servant.

Minato: Japanese and English. He can also speak a small amount of Latin and he knows some sparse words in German and Spanish, but he can't speak them fluently.

Legion: Um... well. It can translate most languages in the Mass Effect universe: all human tongues, Asari, Salarian, Krogan, Turian, Quarian. It also speaks Geth, which is clicks and beeps and boops and can speak the universal computer language.

Waver also speaks English.

Kyrie speaks Japanese and English, maybe a little Chinese of some sort.

Lambdadelta and here's where it's tough. She can speak just about whatever she wants because ~magic~. For the event I'm going to tone it down to English, Japanese, German, Latin, Greek and Russian.

Minato will be unaffected and speaks fluent Japanese, knows enough English to pass English and some French.
