This is highly unlikely that a two hundreds feet tall robot and an average sized humanoid lifeform could have had children together.

A mechanical lifeform cannot give birth to children as they do not have the basic DNA information to transmit. Furthermore, my knowledge of basic sexuality indicates that problems would have been encountered due to the disparity in sizes between the parents.
