[hey Tower folk, don't mind what looks like a black shadow darting past your doorway in the hall. it's only a little black carapace, steadfastly rolling out yards and yards of what looks like detonation wire.

this place is ridiculously illegal and there's really only one way to deal with ridiculously illegal edifices.

he's the law and the law has somewhere to be, after all.]

[For all that she doesn't look interested in a single thing she's passing by, Asagi is still making her way through the halls at her own leisurely pace. Be it the art gallery- where not even the goriest of images seem to phase her- or the aquarium- where she dips her fingers in to taunt some of the bigger fish that swim by, heedless of possible danger- three things are always the same. She's always slouching, she always has a digit in her mouth, nail being worked on by her teeth, and she's always very, very aware of whether someone's nearby or not.

Above all though, even as nonchalant as she seems, there's an odd set to her shoulders- not quite tension, just strange- as if she's anticipating an attack.

Lucky for her, that attack will probably never come.

So, as he walks around on the floors, he says a small hello and offer a wave. And, then, if he sees you struggling with something, he'll offer his help! ]

[So Dirk isn't entirely sure how he ended up from the Felt Mansion to here, but its kind of putting a dent in his operations. There was no telling what sorts of shenanigans would go down while he was away, and nothing that came to mind was something he wanted to entertain for long.

As he's wandering the various floors be makes a point to avoid eye contact, shades drawn inward. The less attention he attracted here, the easier it would be to sneak around to someone in charge in order to get him the hell back where he was supposed to be.]
